યશાયા 31:3
મિસરીઓ પણ માણસ છે, તેઓ દેવ નથી; તેમના ઘોડા પણ માંસના બનેલા છે, અમર નથી. જ્યારે યહોવા હાથ ઉગામશે ત્યારે મદદ કરનાર ઠોકર ખાશે અને મદદ લેનાર પડી જશે, અને તેઓ બધા જ એકી સાથે સમાપ્ત થઇ જશે.

| and not | וְלֹא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| spirit. | ר֑וּחַ | rûaḥ | ROO-ak |
| Lord the When | וַֽיהוָ֞ה | wayhwâ | vai-VA |
| shall stretch out | יַטֶּ֣ה | yaṭṭe | ya-TEH |
| hand, his | יָד֗וֹ | yādô | ya-DOH |
| both he that helpeth | וְכָשַׁ֤ל | wĕkāšal | veh-ha-SHAHL |
| shall fall, | עוֹזֵר֙ | ʿôzēr | oh-ZARE |
| holpen is that he and | וְנָפַ֣ל | wĕnāpal | veh-na-FAHL |
| shall fall down, | עָזֻ֔ר | ʿāzur | ah-ZOOR |
| all they and | וְיַחְדָּ֖ו | wĕyaḥdāw | veh-yahk-DAHV |
| shall fail | כֻּלָּ֥ם | kullām | koo-LAHM |
| together. | יִכְלָיֽוּן׃ | yiklāywwn | yeek-LAI-wn |
