રાજાનો હુકમ ફાત નદીની પશ્ચિમ તરફના સર્વ રાજ્યોમાં તેના સરદારોને તેમજ પ્રશાશકોને જણાવવામાં આવ્યો અને તે નેતાઓએ લોકોને અને દેવના મંદિરના કામમાં ઘણો જ સહકાર આપ્યો.
