તેણે દૂર ગાઝા સુધીના પલિસ્તીઓને હરાવ્યા અને નાના ગામોથી માંડીને મોટા કિલ્લેબંધીવાળાં શહેરો તેણે જીતી લીધા.

He	הֽוּא	hûʾ	hoo
smote	הִכָּ֧ה	hikkâ	hee-KA
	אֶת	ʾet	et
the Philistines,	פְּלִשְׁתִּ֛ים	pĕlištîm	peh-leesh-TEEM
unto even	עַד	ʿad	ad
Gaza,	עַזָּ֖ה	ʿazzâ	ah-ZA
and the borders	וְאֶת	wĕʾet	veh-ET
tower the from thereof,	גְּבוּלֶ֑יהָ	gĕbûlêhā	ɡeh-voo-LAY-ha
of the watchmen	מִמִּגְדַּ֥ל	mimmigdal	mee-meeɡ-DAHL
to	נֽוֹצְרִ֖ים	nôṣĕrîm	noh-tseh-REEM
the fenced	עַד	ʿad	ad
