Genesis 45:16
પછી જયારે ફારુનના મહેલમાં સમાંચાર વહેતાં થયા કે, યૂસફના ભાઈઓ આવ્યા છે; ત્યારે ફારુન તથા તેના સેવકો ખુશ થયા.

| heard was thereof | נִשְׁמַ֗ע | nišmaʿ | neesh-MA |
| in Pharaoh's | בֵּ֤ית | bêt | bate |
| house, | פַּרְעֹה֙ | parʿōh | pahr-OH |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| Joseph's | בָּ֖אוּ | bāʾû | BA-oo |
| brethren | אֲחֵ֣י | ʾăḥê | uh-HAY |
| are come: | יוֹסֵ֑ף | yôsēp | yoh-SAFE |
| and it pleased | וַיִּיטַב֙ | wayyîṭab | va-yee-TAHV |
| Pharaoh | בְּעֵינֵ֣י | bĕʿênê | beh-ay-NAY |
| well, | פַרְעֹ֔ה | parʿō | fahr-OH |
| and | וּבְעֵינֵ֖י | ûbĕʿênê | oo-veh-ay-NAY |
| his servants. | עֲבָדָֽיו׃ | ʿăbādāyw | uh-va-DAIV |
