Genesis 36 - DBY (Gujarati)

1 And these are the generations of Esau, that is Edom.એસાવ ઉફેર્ અદોમના વંશજો આ પ્રમાંણે છે.

2 Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon the Hivite,એસાવે કનાની સ્ત્રીઓ સાથે લગ્ન કર્યા હતા: એલોન હિત્તીની પુત્રી આદાહ, સિબઓન હિવ્વીના પુત્ર અનાહની પુત્રી ઓહલીબામાંહ,

3 and Basmath Ishmael's daughter, the sister of Nebaioth.અને ઇશ્માંએલની પુત્રી નબાયોથની બહેન બાસમાંથ સાથે તેણે લગ્ન કર્યા હતા.

4 And Adah bore to Esau Eliphaz; and Basmath bore Reuel.આદાહને એસાવથી અલીફાઝ અવતર્યો. બાસમાંથને રેઉએલ અવતર્યો,

5 And Oholibamah bore Jeush and Jaalam and Korah. These are the sons of Esau that were born to him in the land of Canaan.અને ઓહલીબામાંહને યેઉશ, યાલામ તથા કોરાહ અવતર્યો. આ કનાનમાં જન્મેલા એસાવના પુત્રો હતા.

6 And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the souls of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his possessions, that he had acquired in the land of Canaan, and went into a country away from his brother Jacob.ત્યાર બાદ એસાવ પોતાની પત્નીઓ, પુત્રો, પુત્રીઓ અને પરિવારના બધાં માંણસો તથા ઢોરો અને બધાં જાનવરોને અને કનાન દેશમાં મેળવેલી બધી માંલમિલકતને લઈને પોતાના ભાઈ યાકૂબથી દૂરના પ્રદેશમાં ચાલ્યો ગયો.

7 For their property was too great for them to dwell together, and the land where they were sojourners could not bear them, because of their cattle.તેમની માંલમિલકત એટલી બધી હતી કે, તેઓ ભેગા ન રહી શકે અને તેઓ જયાં રહેતા હતા તે ભૂમિ એવી હતી કે, તેમનાં બંનેનાં ઢોરોનો નિભાવ ન થઈ શકે.

8 Thus Esau dwelt in mount Seir; Esau is Edom.આથી એસાવ સેઈરના પહાડી દેશમાં રહેવા લાગ્યો, એસાવ એ જ અદોમ.

9 And these are the generations of Esau, the father of Edom, in mount Seir.એસાવ અદોમીઓના આદિપિતા છે. સેઈરના પહાડી પ્રદેશના અદોમીઓના વડવા એસાવના વંશજો આ પ્રમાંણે છે:

10 These are the names of Esau's sons: Eliphaz, the son of Adah the wife of Esau; Reuel, the son of Basmath the wife of Esau.એસાવના પુત્રોના નામ આ છે: એસાવની પત્ની આદાહનો પુત્ર અલીફાઝ, ને એસાવની પત્ની બાસમાંથનો પુત્ર રેઉએલ.

11 -- And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.અલીફાઝના પુત્રો તેમાંન, ઓમાંર, સફો, ગાતામ અને કનાઝ હતા.

12 And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esau's son, and she bore Amalek to Eliphaz. These are the sons of Adah Esau's wife.તિમ્ના એસાવના પુત્ર અલીફાઝની ઉપપત્ની હતી. તેને અલીફાઝથી અમાંલેક અવતર્યો હતો. આ એસાવની પત્ની આદાહના પૌત્રો છે.

13 -- And these are the sons of Reuel: Nahath and Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah. These are the sons of Basmath Esau's wife.એસાવની પત્ની બાસમાંથનો દીકરો રેઉએલ. રેઉએલના પુત્રો નાહાથ, ઝેરાહ, શામ્માંહ અને મિઝઝાહ.આ એસાવની પત્ની બાસમાંથના પૌત્રો છે.

14 -- And these are the sons of Oholibamah, the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon, Esau's wife: and she bore to Esau Jeush and Jaalam and Korah.સિબઓનના પુત્ર અનાહની પુત્રી ઓહલીબામાંહ એસાવની પત્ની હતી. તેને એસાવથી યેઉશ, યાલામ અને કોરાહ અવતર્યા હતા.

15 These are the chiefs of the sons of Esau. The sons of Eliphaz, the firstborn of Esau: chief Teman, chief Omar, chief Zepho, chief Kenaz,એસાવના વંશજોમાં નીચેના સરદારો હતા.એસાવના સૌથી મોટા પુત્ર અલીફાઝના પુત્ર: સરદાર તેમાંન, સરદાર ઓમાંર, સરદાર સફો, સરદાર કનાઝ,

16 chief Korah, chief Gatam, chief Amalek. These are the chiefs of Eliphaz in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Adah.કોરાહ, ગાતામ, અને અમાંલેક.આ અદોમની ભૂમિમાંના અલીફાઝના પરિવારનાં સરદારો છે. એ બધા આદાહના પૌત્રો છે.

17 And these are the sons of Reuel Esau's son: chief Nahath, chief Zerah, chief Shammah, chief Mizzah: these are the chiefs of Reuel in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Basmath Esau's wife.એસાવનો પુત્ર રેઉએલ આ પરિવારોનો આદિ પિતા હતો. રેઉએલના પુત્રો નીચે પ્રમાંણે છે: સરદાર નાહાથ, સરદાર ઝેરાહ, સરદાર શામ્માંહ, અને સરદાર મિઝઝાહ, આ અદોમના પ્રદેશમાંના રેઉએલના સરદારો છે.એ એસાવની પત્ની બાસમાંથના પૌત્રો છે.

18 -- And these are the sons of Oholibamah Esau's wife: chief Jeush, chief Jaalam, chief Korah; these are the chiefs of Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife.એસાવની પત્ની ઓહલીબામાંહના દીકરા: સરદાર યેઉશ, સરદાર યાલામ અને સરદાર કોરાહ, અનાહની પુત્રી એસાવની પત્ની ઓહલીબામાંહના આ પુત્રો છે.

19 These are the sons of Esau, and these their chiefs: he is Edom.આ એસાવના ઉફેર્ અદોમના પુત્રો છે અને એ સરદારો છે.

20 These are the sons of Seir the Horite, the inhabitant of the land: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,એસાવના પહેલાં અદોમમાં હોરી સેઈરના એ પ્રદેશમાં જ વસતા પુત્રો આ છે: લોટાન, શોબાલ, સિબઓન, અનાહ, દીશોન, એસેર અને દીશાન.

21 and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horites, the sons of Seir in the land of Edom.અદોમ પ્રદેશમાંના હોરીઓના આ સરદારો સેઈરના પુત્રો છે.

22 -- And the sons of Lotan were Hori and Hemam; and Lotan's sister was Timna.લોટાનના દીકરા હોરી અને હેમાંમ હતા. અને લોટાનની બહેન તિમ્ના હતી.

23 -- And these are the sons of Shobal: Alvan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho and Onam.આ શોબાલના પુત્રો હતા: આલ્વાન, માંનાહાથ, એબાલ, શફો અને ઓનામ.

24 -- And these are the sons of Zibeon: both Ajah and Anah. This is the Anah that found the warm springs in the wilderness as he fed the asses of Zibeon his father.અને સિબઓનના પુત્રો: આયાહ તથા અનાહ છે. અનાહને રણપ્રદેશમાં પોતાના પિતા સિબઓનનાં ગધેડાં ચરાવતાં ગરમ ઝરણાં જડયા હતા.

25 -- And these are the sons of Anah: Dishon, and Oholibamah the daughter of Anah.અને અનાહના પુત્રો આ છે: એટલે દીશોન તથા અનાહની પુત્રી ઓહલીબામાંહ.

26 -- And these are the sons of Dishon: Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.અને દીશોનના પુત્રો આ છે: એટલે હેમ્દાન તથા એશ્બાન તથા યિર્થાન તથા ખરાન.

27 -- These are the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, and Akan.આ એસેરના પુત્રો આ છે: એટલે બિલ્હાન, ઝાઅવાન તથા અકાન.

28 -- These are the sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.આ દીશાનના પુત્રો આ છે: એટલે ઉસ તથા અરાન.

29 These are the chiefs of the Horites: chief Lotan, chief Shobal, chief Zibeon, chief Anah,હોરીઓથી જે સરદારો થયા તે આ છે: એટલે લોટાન સરદાર, શોબાલ સરદાર, સિબઓન સરદાર, અનાહ સરદાર.

30 chief Dishon, chief Ezer, chief Dishan. These are the chiefs of the Horites, according to their chiefs in the land of Seir.સરદાર દીશોન, સરદાર એસેર અને સરદાર દીશાન. આ સેઈરના પ્રદેશના જાતિવાર હોરીઓના સરદારો છે.

31 And these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom before there reigned a king over the children of Israel.તે સમયે અદોમમાં અનેક રાજાઓ હતા. ઇસ્રાએલી રાજાઓ પહેલાં અદોમના પ્રદેશ પર રાજય કરનાર રાજાઓ આ પ્રમાંણે હતા:

32 And Bela the son of Beor reigned in Edom; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.અદોમમાં બેઔરના પુત્ર બેલાએ રાજય કર્યુ હતું. તેના પાટનગરનું નામ દીનહાબાહ હતું.

33 And Bela died; and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.બેલાના અવસાન બાદ બોસરાહ નગરના ઝેરાહનો પુત્ર યોબાબ ગાદીએ આવ્યો.

34 And Jobab died; and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.યોબાબના અવસાન બાદ તેમાંન દેશનો હુશામ ગાદીએ આવ્યો.

35 And Husham died; and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the fields of Moab, reigned in his stead. And the name of his city was Avith.હુશામના અવસાન બાદ બદાદનો પુત્ર હદાદ ગાદીએ આવ્યો. તેણે મોઆબ પ્રદેશમાં મિધાનીઓને પરાજય આપ્યો. તેનું પાટનગર અવીથ હતું.

36 And Hadad died; and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.ત્યારબાદ હદાદનું અવસાન થયું. ને તેની જગ્યાએ માંસરેકાહમાંના સામ્લાહે રાજય કર્યુ.

37 And Samlah died; and Saul of Rehoboth on the river reigned in his stead.અને સામ્લાહના અવસાન બાદ નદી પાસેના રહોબોથના શાઉલે રાજય શાસન કર્યુ.

38 And Saul died; and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.શાઉલના અવસાન પછી આખ્બોરનો પુત્ર બાઆલ-હનાન ગાદીએ આવ્યો.

39 And Baal-hanan the son of Achbor died; and Hadar reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pau; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred daughter of Mezahab.આખ્બોરના દીકરા બાઆલ- હનાનના અવસાન પછી હદાર ગાદીએ આવ્યો અને તેનું પાટનગર ‘પાઉ’ હતું. તેની પત્નીનું નામ મહેટાબએલ હતું, તે મેઝાહાબની પુત્રી માંટરેદની પુત્રી થતી હતી.

40 And these are the names of the chiefs of Esau, according to their families, after their places, with their names: chief Timna, chief Alvah, chief Jetheth,પછી એસાવથી જે સરદારો થયા તેઓનાં નામ, પોતપોતાનાં પરિવાર તથા જગાઓ મુજબ તેઓના નામ આ છે: સરદાર તિમ્ના, સરદાર આલ્વાહ, સરદાર યથેથ,

41 chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon,સરદાર ઓહલીબામાંહ, સરદાર એલાહ, સરદાર પીનોન,

42 chief Kenaz, chief Teman, chief Mibzar,સરદાર કનાઝ, સરદાર તેમાંન, સરદાર મિબ્સાર, સરદાર માંગ્દીએલ, અને સરદાર ઇરામ.

43 chief Magdiel, chief Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom, according to their dwelling-places in the land of their possession. This is Esau, the father of Edom.પોતપોતાના વતનના દેશ પ્રમાંણે અદોમના સરદારો છે. અદોમ લોકોનો પૂર્વજ તે જ એસાવ છે.
