Exodus 32:6
બીજે દિવસે સવારમાં વહેલા ઊઠીને લોકોએ દહનાર્પણો અને શાંત્યર્પણો ચઢાવ્યાં અને ત્યાર પછી તેઓએ ખાધું પીધું અને મોજમજા કરવા લાગ્યા.

| offerings; peace | שְׁלָמִ֑ים | šĕlāmîm | sheh-la-MEEM |
| and the people | וַיֵּ֤שֶׁב | wayyēšeb | va-YAY-shev |
| sat down | הָעָם֙ | hāʿām | ha-AM |
| to eat | לֶֽאֱכֹ֣ל | leʾĕkōl | leh-ay-HOLE |
| drink, to and | וְשָׁת֔וֹ | wĕšātô | veh-sha-TOH |
| and rose up | וַיָּקֻ֖מוּ | wayyāqumû | va-ya-KOO-moo |
