Matthew 8:9
હું મારા અધિકારીઓને આધીન છું. મારા હાથ નીચેના સૈનિકો મારી સત્તાને આધીન છે. એકને હું કહું છું કે ‘જા’ તો તે જાય છે. બીજાને કહું છું કે, ‘આવ’, તો તે આવે છે અને મારા નોકરને કહું છું કે, ‘આ કર’ તે તે તરત જ મારી આજ્ઞા પાળે છે. હું જાણુ છું કે આ કરવાની સત્તા તારી પાસે છે.”
