Mark 11:1
ઈસુ અને તેના શિષ્યો યરૂશાલેમની નજીક આવતા હતા. તેઓ જૈતુનના પહાડ આગળ બેથફગે તથા બેથનિયાના શહેરો પાસે આવ્યા. ત્યાં ઈસુએ તેના બે શિષ્યોને આગળ મોકલ્યા.

પાછળથી, ઈસુ જૈતૂનના પહાડ પર એક જગ્યાએ બેઠો હતો. તે પિતર, યાકૂબ, યોહાન તથા આંન્દ્રિયા સાથે એકલો હતો. તેઓ બધા મંદિરને જોઈ શક્યા. પેલા શિષ્યોએ ઈસુને પૂછયું.

ઈસુએ બાર શિષ્યોને સાથે બોલાવ્યા. ઈસુએ તેઓને બબ્બે જણને બહાર મોકલ્યા. ઈસુએ તેઓને અશુદ્ધ આત્માઓ પર અધિકાર આપ્યો.

2 Samuel 15:30
દાઉદ જૈતૂનના પર્વતો પર રૂદન કરતો કરતો ચડવા લાગ્યો, શોકને કારણે તેણે માંથું ઢાંકેલું રાખ્યું હતું અને તેના પગ ઉઘાડા હતા, તેની સાથેના બધાં માંણસો પણ ઢાંકેલા માંથે રૂદન કરતાં કરતાં ચડતાં હતાં.
