Jeremiah 29:3
તે બધાની પાસે યમિર્યા પ્રબોધકે, શાફાનનો પુત્ર એલઆસાહ તથા જેને યહૂદિયાના રાજા સિદકિયાએ બાબિલમાં, બાબિલના રાજા નબૂખાદનેસ્સારની પાસે મોકલ્યો હતો, તે હિલ્કિયાનો પુત્ર ગમાર્યા, તે બંનેની સાથે જે પત્ર મોકલ્યો, તેમાં આ પ્રમાણે લખેલું છે:

શાફાનનો પુત્ર યાઅઝાન્યા તથા ઇસ્રાએલના 70 વડીલો ત્યાં ઊભા હતા. દેરકની પાસે ધૂપદાનીઓ હતી, તેથી તેઓનાં માથા પર ધૂપના ગોટેગોટા ઉડતા હતા.
