Deuteronomy 22:21
ગામના વડીલો તે સ્ત્રીને તેના બાપના ઘરના બારણા આગળ લઈ જાય અને ત્યાં ગામના લોકોએ તે સ્ત્રીને ઇટાળી કરીને માંરી નાખવી, કારણ કે, તેણે પોતાના પિતાના ઘરમાં જ વ્યભિચાર કરીને ઇસ્રાએલમાં ગુનો કર્યો છે. તમાંરે તમાંરી વચ્ચેથી એ અનિષ્ટ દૂર કરવું જ જોઈએ.

Deuteronomy 13:5
જે પ્રબોધક અથવા સ્વપ્નદૃષ્ટા તમને લોકોને તમાંરા દેવ યહોવાથી દૂર લઈ જવા પ્રયત્ન કરે તેને મૃત્યુ તરફ ધકેલો, તેના પર સહાનુભૂતિ અનુભવવી નહિ. કારણ કે, તે જેણે તમને ગુલામીમાંથી મુકત કર્યા અને મિસરમાંથી આઝાદ કર્યા. તમાંરા દેવ યહોવાની સામે બળવો કરવાનું કહે છે. એ તમને તમાંરા દેવ યહોવાએ જે માંગેર્ જવાનું જણાવ્યું છે તે માંગેર્થી ચલિત કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે. તમાંરી વચ્ચેથી તમાંરે એ અનિષ્ટ દૂર કરવું જ જોઈએ.

ખેતરમાં યાકૂબના પુત્રોને જે કાંઈ બન્યુ હતું તેના સમાંચાર મળ્યા, જયારે તેઓએ આ સાંભળ્યું ત્યારે તેઓ ઘણા ગુસ્સે થઈ ગયા હતા, કારણ કે શખેમે યાકૂબની પુત્રી પર બળાત્કાર કરીને ઈસ્રાએલ વિરુધ્ધ ન કરવા જેવો ભયંકર ગુનો કર્યો હતો.

પછી તે ગામના બધા લોકોએ તેને ઇટાળી કરીને માંરી નાખવો. અને આ રીતે તમાંરે તમાંરી વચ્ચેથી એ અનિષ્ટ દૂર કરવું. પછી સર્વ ઇસ્રાએલીઓ આ જાણશે અને ગભરાઇને ચાલશે.
Deuteronomy 19:19
તો એણે જે શિક્ષા સામી વ્યકિતને કરવા ધારી હતી તે શિક્ષા તેને કરવામાં આવે, આ રીતે તમાંરે એ અનિષ્ટનું કાસળ કાઢી નાખવું.

તો તમાંરે તે બંનેને ગામના ચોરા આગળ લાવીને જાહેરમાં ઇટાળી કરીને માંરી નાખવાં. છોકરીને એટલા માંટે માંરી નાખવી કે ગામમાં હોવા છતાં તેણે સહાય માંટે બૂમ પાડી નહિ. અને પેલા માંણસને એટલા માંટે માંરી નાખવો કે તેણે એ સ્ત્રી સાથે વ્યભિચાર કર્યો જેની તેના જાતભાઇ સાથે સગાઇ થઇ હતી. તમાંરે તમાંરી વચ્ચેથી એ દુષ્ટને દૂર કરવું જ જોઈએ.
Deuteronomy 22:22
“જો કોઈ પુરુષ અન્ય પરિણિત સ્ત્રી સાથે વ્યભિચાર કરતાં પકડાય, તો તે બંનેને-તે સ્ત્રીને તથા વ્યભિચાર કરનાર પુરુષને દેહાતદંડની શિક્ષા કરવી. આ રીતે ઇસ્રાએલમાંથી દુષ્ટતા દૂર થશે.

તો એવું દુષ્ટકૃત્ય કરનાર સ્ત્રી કે પુરૂષને શહેરના દરવાજા આગળ લાવી, ઇટાળી કરી તેને માંરી નાખવો.

તમે સૌ તેને પથ્થર વડે માંરી નાખો, કારણ કે, તમને મિસર દેશમાંથી ગુલામીમાંથી મુકિત અપાવીને બહાર લઈ આવનાર તમાંરા યહોવા દેવથી તમને દૂર લઈ જવાનો પ્રયત્ન તેણે કર્યો છે.
