આમ, દાઉદે પોતાનાં માંબાપને મોઆબના રાજા સાથે રાખ્યાં અને જયાં સુધી દાઉદ સંતાતો છુપાતો રહ્યો, ત્યાં સુધી તેઓ ત્યાં જ રહ્યાં.
