“તમે કોઈ ગરીબ માંણસને દૈનિક વેતને મજૂરીએ રાખો તો તેને પજવશો નહિ, પછી તે તમાંરો જાતિબંધુ હોય કે તમાંરા નગરમાં વસતો વિદેશી હોય, પણ તેની રોજી અટકાવશો નહિ.
