આ નિયમનું કારણ છે કે જયારે તમે મિસરમાંથી બહાર આવ્યા, ત્યારે આ પ્રજાએ પાણી અને રોટલી લઈને માંર્ગમાં તમને આવકાર પણ આપ્યો નહિ. વળી તમને શ્રાપ આપવા તેઓએ અરામનાહરાઈમના પથોરથી બયોરના પુત્ર બલામને પૈસાની લાલચ આપી બો લાવ્યો.
