દેવની વાતોને વધારે ને વધારે લોકો સુધી પ્રચાર થતો ગયો. યરૂશાલેમમાં શિષ્યાની સંખ્યા મોટી થતી ગઇ. યહૂદિ યાજકોના મોટા સમૂહો પણ વિશ્વાસને આધીન થયા.
