Proverbs 6:15
આથી અચાનક તેના પર વિપત્તિના વાદળ ઘેરાય છે. અને તે એકાએક ભાંગીને ભૂક્કા થઇ જાય છે, તે ફરી બેઠો થઇ શકતો નથી.

એટલે જ્યારે વંટોળિયાની જેમ તમારી ઉપર ભય ફરી વળશેે, વિપત્તિઓ ફૂટી નીકળશે, સંકટ અને વેદના તમારા પર આવશે.

એટલે જેમ ભીંતમાં પહોળી ફાટ પડે છે અને તે તૂટી પડે છે અને થોડી ક્ષણોમાં જ કકડભૂસ નીચે પડે છે, તેમ તમારા પર અચાનક વિનાશ આવી પડશે.

લોકો કહેશે કે, “અમને શાંતિ છે અને અમે સુરક્ષિત છીએ.” તે સમયે પ્રસૂતાની પીડાની જેમ એકાએક તેઓનો વિનાશ આવી જશે. અને તે લોકો બચી શકશે નહિ.

તમે કે જે દેવને ભૂલી ગયા છો, તમારા ટુકડા કરૂં તે પહેલા તમારે આ સમજવાનુ છે કે તમને બચાવવાવાળું કોઇ નહિ હોય.
Proverbs 29:1
જે માણસ વારંવાર ઠપકો પામ્યા છતાં પોતાની ગરદન અક્કડ રાખે છે, તે અકસ્માત નાશ પામશે, તેનો કોઇ ઉપાય રહેશે નહિ.
