Proverbs 28:2
ગુનાથી ભરેલા દેશમાં તેના રાજકર્તાઓ વારંવાર બદલાય છે. પણ બુદ્ધિમાન તથા જ્ઞાની રાજકર્તા હેઠળ તે દીર્ઘકાળ પર્યંત સ્થિરતા અનુભવે છે.
