તમારી ધમકીની ગર્જના સાંભળીને લોકો નાસી જાય છે, તમારા ઊઠતાં બરાબર જ પ્રજાઓ વેરવિખેર થઇ જાય છે.

યહોવાએ આ જોયું છે અને તે ન્યાયના અભાવથી અપ્રસન્ન થયા છે. દીનદલિતોની સાથે થવા કોઇ તૈયાર નથી, એ જોઇને તે નવાઇ પામ્યા છે. આથી તે પોતાના જ બાહુબળથી અને ન્યાયીપણાથી વિજય પ્રાપ્ત કરશે.
