1 Chronicles 24 - BBE (Gujarati)

1 Now the divisions into which the sons of Aaron were grouped were these: the sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.હારુનનાં વંશજોને પણ જૂથોમાં વહેંચી નાખવામાં આવ્યા હતા. હારુનને પુત્રો હતા: નાદાબ, અબીહૂ, એલઆઝાર અને ઇથામાર.

2 But Nadab and Abihu came to their end before their father, and had no children; so Eleazar and Ithamar did the work of priests.નાદાબ અને અબીહૂ તેમના પિતા જીવતા હતા એ દરમ્યાન જ નિ:સંતાન મરી ગયા હતા. આથી એલઆઝાર અને ઇથામાર યાજકપદે આવ્યા.

3 And David, with Zadok of the sons of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sons of Ithamar, made distribution of them into their positions for their work.દાઉદે એલઆઝારના વંશજ સાદોક અને ઇથામારના વંશજ અહીમેલેખેની મદદથી હારુનના કુલસમૂહોને તેમની ફરજ પ્રમાણે જૂથોમાં વહેંચી નાખ્યા.

4 And there were more chiefs among the sons of Eleazar than among the sons of Ithamar; and this is how they were grouped: of the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen, all heads of families; and of the sons of Ithamar, heads of families, there were eight.એલઆઝાર વંશજો ઇથામારના વંશજો કરતાં સંખ્યામાં વધારે હતા, આથી એલઆઝારના વંશજોનાં જુદાં-જુદાં કુટુંબના સોળ જૂથ પાડવામાં આવ્યા અને ઇથામારના વંશજોનાં કુટુંબોના આઠ જૂથ પાડવામાં આવ્યાં. અને એ દરેક જૂથનો આગેવાન તે પોતાના કુટુંબનો વડો હતો.

5 So they were put into groups, by the Lord's decision, one with another; for there were rulers of the holy place and rulers of the house of God among the sons of Eleazar and the sons of Ithamar.બન્ને, એલઆઝારના વંશજો અને ઈથામારના વંશજોમાં પ્રખ્યાત માણસો મંદિરના અધિકારીઓ હતા. તેથી ચિઠ્ઠીઓ નાખીને જુદા જુદા જૂથોને તેમની ફરજો સોંપવામાં આવી હતી.

6 And Shemaiah, the son of Nethanel the scribe, who was a Levite, put down their names in writing, the king being present with the rulers, and Zadok the priest, and Ahimelech, the son of Abiathar, and the heads of families of the priests and the Levites; one family being taken for Eleazar and then one for Ithamar, and so on.નથાનએલનો પુત્ર, લેવી કુલસમૂહનો શમાયા, નોંધણીકાર હતો. આ બધું કામ તે રાજા તથા સાદોક યાજક, અબ્યાથારના પુત્ર અહીમેલેખ તથા યાજકો અને લેવીઓના મુખ્ય આગેવાનોની હાજરીમાં તે કરતો હતો. એલઆઝારના કુંળકુટુંબોએ અને ઇથામારના કુલ કુટુંબોએ ફરજોને વહેંચી લીધી હતી.

7 Now the first name to come out was that of Jehoiarib; the second Jedaiah,પહેલું સમૂહ યહોયારીબનું હતું; બીજુ સમૂહ યદાયાનું હતું;

8 The third Harim, the fourth Seorim,ત્રીજું સમૂહ હારીમનું હતું; ચોથું સમૂહ સેઓરીમનું હતું;

9 The fifth Malchijah, the sixth Mijamin,પાંચમું સમૂહ માલ્કિયાનું હતું; છઠ્ઠું સમૂહ મીયામીનનું હતું;

10 The seventh Hakkoz, the eighth Abijah,સાતમું સમૂહ હાક્કોસનું હતું; આઠમું સમૂહ અબિયાનું સમૂહ અલિયાનું હતું;

11 The ninth Jeshua, the tenth Shecaniah,નવમું સમૂહ યેશૂઆનું હતું; દસમું સમૂહ શખાન્યાનું હતું;

12 The eleventh Eliashib, the twelfth Jakim,અગિયારમું સમૂહ એલ્યાશીબનું હતું; બારમું સમૂહ યાકીમનું હતું;

13 The thirteenth Huppah, the fourteenth Jeshebeab,તેરમું સમૂહ હુપ્પાહનું હતું; ચૌદમું સમૂહ યેશેબઆબનું હતું;

14 The fifteenth Bilgah, the sixteenth Immer,પંદરમું સમૂહ બિલ્ગાહનું હતું, સોળમું સમૂહ ઇમ્મેરનું હતું;

15 The seventeenth Hezir, the eighteenth Happizzez,સત્તરમું સમૂહ હેઝીરનું હતું; અઢારમું સમૂહ હાપ્પિસ્સેસનું હતું;

16 The nineteenth Pethahiah, the twentieth Jehezkel,ઓગણીસમું સમૂહ પથાહ્યાનું હતું; વીસમું સમૂહ યહેઝકેલનું હતું;

17 The twenty-first Jachin, the twenty-second Gamul,એકવીસમું સમૂહ યાખીનનું હતું; બાવીસમુઁ સમૂહ ગામૂલનું હતું;

18 The twenty-third Delaiah, the twenty-fourth Maaziah.ત્રેવીસમું સમૂહ દલાયાનું હતું; ચોવીસમું સમૂહ માઆઝયાનીનું હતું.

19 So they were put into their different groups, to take their places in the house of the Lord, in agreement with the rules made by Aaron their father, as the Lord, the God of Israel, had given him orders.આ બધાં માણસોને યહોવાના મંદિરમાં જવા માટે અને ઇસ્રાએલના દેવ યહોવાએ જણાવ્યા મૂજબ આ માણસોના વડવા હારુને નક્કી કરેલી ફરજો બજાવવા માટે નીમવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

20 And of the rest of the sons of Levi: of the sons of Amram, Shubael; of the sons of Shubael, Jehdeiah.લેવી કુટુંબના બાકીના વંશજો નીચે મુજબ છે:આમ્રામનો વંશજ શુબાએલ અને શુબાએલનો વંશજ યહદયા;

21 Of Rehabiah; of the sons of Rehabiah, Isshiah the chief.રહાબ્યાનો વંશજ યિશ્શિયા જે આગેવાન હતો;

22 Of the Izharites, Shelomoth; of the sons of Shelomoth, Jahath.યિસ્હારના વંશજ શલોમોથનો વંશજ યાહાથ;

23 And the sons of Hebron: Jeriah the chief, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third, Jekameam the fourth.હેબ્રોનના પુત્રો: સૌથી મોટો યરિયા, બીજો અમાર્યા, ત્રીજો યાહઝીએલ અને ચોથો યકામઆમ;

24 The sons of Uzziel, Micah; of the sons of Micah, Shamir.ઉઝઝીયેલના વંશજ મીખાહનો પુત્ર શામીર;

25 The brother of Micah, Isshiah; of the sons of Isshiah, Zechariah.મીખાહનો ભાઇ યિશ્શિયા, યિશ્શિયાનો પુત્ર ઝખાર્યા;

26 The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi; the sons of Jaaziah.મરારીના વંશજો; માહલી, મૂશી અને તેનો પુત્ર યાઅઝીયાહ,

27 The sons of Merari: of Jaaziah, Shoham and Zaccur and Ibri.મરારીના વંશજો વચ્ચે એના પુત્ર યાઅઝીયાના મારફતે: શોહામ, ઝાક્કૂર અને ઇબ્રી.

28 Of Mahli: Eleazar, who had no sons.માહલીના પુત્રો: એલઆઝાર અને કીશ. એલઆઝારને પુત્ર નહોતો.

29 Of Kish: the sons of Kish, Jerahmeel.કીશનો યરાહમએલ.

30 And the sons of Mushi: Mahli and Eder and Jerimoth. These were the sons of the Levites by their families.મૂશીના પુત્રો: માહલી, એદેર અને યરીમોથ.આ બધા તેમના પૂર્વજોની વંશાવળી પ્રમાણે નોંધેલા લેવીઓના વંશજો હતા.

31 Selection was made of these in the same way as of their brothers the sons of Aaron, David the king being present, with Zadok, and Ahimelech, and the heads of families of the priests and of the Levites; the families of the chief in the same way as those of his younger brother.બરાબર તેમના કુટુંબી હારુનના વંશજોની માફક આ કુટુંબોમાં પણ મોટા અને નાના કુટુંબનો ભેદ રાખ્યા વિના ચિઠ્ઠીઓ ફેંકીને તેમની ફરજો નક્કી કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ બંધુ રાજા દાઉદ, સાદોક, અહીમેલેખ અને યાજકોના આગેવાનોની અને લેવીઓનાં કુટુંબને સાક્ષી રાખીને કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
