પછી ઇસ્રાએલીઓના એકત્ર થયેલા લોકોને સંબોધીને કહ્યું, “જો તમને સૌને મંજૂર હોય અને આપણા યહોવાની એવી ઇચ્છા હોય તો આપણે સમગ્ર ઇસ્રાએલના બાકીના દેશબંધુઓને તેમજ આજુબાજુની ભૂમિ સહિતના પોતાનાં શહેરોમાં વસતા યાજકોને અને લેવીઓને સંદેશો મોકલીને આપણી સાથે જોડાવા માટે તેઓને આમંત્રણ આપીએ.
