அவர்கள் வரப்போகிற நல்ல வருஷங்களில் விளையும் தானியங்களையெல்லாம் சேர்த்து, பட்டணங்களில் ஆகாரம் உண்டாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, பார்வோனுடைய அதிகாரத்துக்குள்ளாகத் தானியங்களைப் பத்திரப்படுத்தி வைத்துவைப்பார்களாக.
