அத்தேசத்திலே பஞ்சம் உண்டாயிற்று; தேசத்திலே பஞ்சம் கொடிதாயிருந்தபடியால், ஆபிராம் எகிப்து தேசத்திலே தங்கும்படி அவ்விடத்துக்குப் போனான்.

அவர்களுக்குப் பிறகு பென்யமீனும், அசூபும் தங்களுடைய வீட்டுக்கு எதிரே இருக்கிறதைப் பழுதுபார்த்துக் கட்டினார்கள்; அவர்களுக்குப் பிறகு அனனியாவின் மகனாகிய மாசேயாவின் மகன் அசரியா தன்னுடைய வீட்டின் அருகே இருக்கிறதைப் பழுதுபார்த்துக் கட்டினான்.
