Ezekiel 17 in Tamil

1 கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 மனுபுத்திரனே, நீ இஸ்ரவேல் வம்சத்தாருக்கு ஒரு விடுகதையையும் உவமையையும் கூறி, சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;

3 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார், பெரிய செட்டைகளையும் நீளமான இறகுகளையும் உடையதும், பலவருணமான இறகுகளால் நிறைந்ததுமாகிய ஒரு பெரிய கழுகு லீபனோனில் வந்து, ஒரு கேதுருவின் நுனிக்கிளையைப் பிடித்து, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar:

4 அதின் இளங்கிளையிலுள்ள கொழுந்துகளைக்கொய்து, அதை வர்த்தக தேசத்துக்குக் கொண்டுபோய், அதை வர்த்தகருடைய நகரத்தில் வைத்தது; He cropped off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick; he set it in a city of merchants.

5 தேசத்தின் விதையில் ஒன்றை எடுத்து, அதைப் பயிர்நிலத்திலே போட்டு, அதை எடுத்து, மிகுந்த தண்ணீர் ஓரத்திலே பத்திரமாய் நட்டது. He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.

6 அது துளிர்த்து, படர்ந்து, தாழ்ந்த அடிமரமுள்ள திராட்சச்செடியாயிற்று; அதின்கொடிகள் அந்தக் கழுகுக்கு நேராகவும், அதின் வேர்கள் அதின் கீழாகவும் இருந்தன; இவ்விதமாய் அது திராட்சச்செடியாகி, கிளைகளை வீசி, கொப்புகளைவிட்டது. And it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.

There was also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.

Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.

10 இதோ, நடப்பட்ட இது செழிப்பாயிருக்குமோ? கொண்டல்காற்று இதின்பேரில் படும்போது இது வாடி உலர்ந்துபோகாதோ? இது நடப்பட்ட பாத்திகளிலே வாடிப்போமென்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.

11 பின்பு கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தை எனக்கு உண்டாகி, அவர்: Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

12 இப்போதும் இவைகளின் தாற்பரியம் தெரியுமா என்று நீ கலகவீட்டாரைக்கேட்டுச் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால், இதோ, பாபிலோன் ராஜா எருசலேமுக்கு வந்து, அதின் ராஜாவையும் அதின் பிரபுக்களையும் பிடித்து, அவர்களைத் தன்னிடமாகப் பாபிலோனுக்குக் கொண்டுபோகும்போது, Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;

13 அவன் ராஜவம்சத்திலே ஒருவனைத் தத்தெடுத்து, அவனோடே உடன்படிக்கைபண்ணி, And hath taken of the king's seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land:

14 ராஜ்யம் தன்னை உயர்த்தாமல் தாழ்ந்திருக்கும்படிக்கும், தன் உடன்படிக்கையை அவன் கைக்கொள்ளுகிறதினால் அது நிலைநிற்கும்படிக்கும், அவனைப் ஆணைப்பிரமாணத்துக்கு உட்படுத்தி, தேசத்தில் பலசாலிகளைப் பிடித்ததுக்கொண்டுபோனானே. That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.

15 இவன் அவனுக்கு விரோதமாய்க் விரோதமாய் கலகஞ்செய்து, தனக்குக் குதிரைகளையும் அநேகம் ஆட்களையும் அனுப்பவேண்டுமென்று தன் ஸ்தானாபதிகளை எகிப்துக்கு அனுப்பினான்; இப்படிப்பட்டவனுக்கு வாய்க்குமோ? இப்படிச் செய்கிறவன் தப்பித்துக்கொள்வானோ? உடன்படிக்கையை முறித்தவன் தப்பித்துக்கொள்வானோ? But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?

16 தன்னை ராஜாவாக ஏற்படுத்திய ராஜாவினுடைய ஆணையை அசட்டைபண்ணி, அவனுடைய உடன்படிக்கையை முறித்துப்போட்டவன், அந்த ராஜாவினுடைய ஸ்தானமாகிய பாபிலோன் நடுவிலே அவன் அண்டையில் இருந்து மரணமடைவானென்று என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார். As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.

17 அவன் அநேகம் ஜனங்களை நாசம்பண்ணும்படி அணைபோட்டு, கொத்தளங்களைக் கட்டும்போது, பார்வோன் பெரியசேனையோடும், திரளான கூட்டத்தோடும் வந்து இவனுக்காக யுத்தத்தில் உதவமாட்டான். Neither shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:

18 இதோ, இவன் கையடித்துக் கொடுத்திருந்தும் உடன்படிக்கை முறித்துப்போட்டு, ஆணையை அசட்டைபண்ணினான்; இப்படியெல்லாம் செய்தவன் தப்புவதில்லை. Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these things, he shall not escape.

19 அதினிமித்தம் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: அவன் என் ஆசையை அசட்டைபண்ணினதையும், என் உடன்படிக்கையை முறித்துப்போட்டதையும், நான் அவனுடைய தலையின்மேல் வரப்பண்ணுவேன் என்று என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன். Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

20 அவன் என்னுடைய கண்ணியில் அகப்படும்படிக்கு நான் என் வலையை அவன்மேல் வீசி, அவனைப் பாபிலோனுக்குக் கொண்டுபோய், அவன் எனக்கு விரோதமாய்ப் பண்ணின துரோகத்தினிமித்தம் அங்கே அவனை நியாயம் விசாரிப்பேன். And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon, and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.

21 அவனோடேகூட ஓடிப்போகிற யாவரும் அவனுடைய எல்லா இராணுவங்களும் பட்டயத்தால் விழுவார்கள்; மீதியானவர்களோ சகல திசைகளிலும் சிதறடிக்கப்படுவார்கள்; அப்பொழுது கர்த்தராகிய நான் இதைச் சொன்னேன் என்று அறிந்துகொள்வீர்கள். And all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye shall know that I the LORD have spoken it.

22 கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால் நான் உயர்ந்த கேதுருவின் நுனிக்கிளைகளில் ஒன்றை எடுத்து நடுவேன்; அதின் இளங்கிளையிலுள்ள கொழுந்துகளில் இளசாயிருக்கிற ஒன்றைக் கொய்து, அதை உயரமும் உன்னதமுமான ஒரு பர்வதத்தின்மேல் நாட்டுவேன். Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent:

23 இஸ்ரவேலின் உயரமான பர்வதத்திலே அதை நாட்டுவேன்; அது கொப்புகளை விட்டு, கனிதந்து, மகிமையான கேதுருவாகும்; அதின் கீழே சகலவித பட்சிஜாதிகளும் தங்கி, அதின் கிளைகளின் நிழலிலே தாபரிக்கும். In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.

24 அப்படியே கர்த்தராகிய நான் உயர்ந்த விருட்சத்தைத் தாழ்த்தி, தாழ்ந்தவிருட்சத்தை உயர்த்தினேன் என்றும், நான் பச்சையான விருட்சத்தைப் பட்டுப்போகப்பண்ணி, பட்டுப்போன விருட்சத்தைத் தழைக்கப்பண்ணினேன் என்றும் வெளியின் விருட்சங்களுக்கு எல்லாம் தெரியவரும்; கர்த்தராகிய நான் இதைச் சொன்னேன்; இதை நிறைவேற்றினேன் என்று உரைத்தாரென்று சொல் என்றார். And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.

1 Karththarutaiya vaarththai enakku unndaaki, avar: And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

2 Manupuththiranae, nee Israel vamsaththaarukku oru vidukathaiyaiyum uvamaiyaiyum koori, sollavaenntiyathu ennavental: Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;

3 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar, periya settaைkalaiyum neelamaana irakukalaiyum utaiyathum, palavarunamaana irakukalaal nirainthathumaakiya oru periya kaluku leepanonil vanthu, oru kaethuruvin nunikkilaiyaip pitiththu, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar:

4 Athin ilangilaiyilulla kolunthukalaikkoythu, athai varththaka thaesaththukkuk konndupoy, athai varththakarutaiya nakaraththil vaiththathu; He cropped off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick; he set it in a city of merchants.

5 Thaesaththin vithaiyil ontai eduththu, athaip payirnilaththilae pottu, athai eduththu, mikuntha thannnneer oraththilae paththiramaay nattathu. He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.

6 Athu thulirththu, padarnthu, thaalntha atimaramulla thiraatchachchetiyaayittaு; athinkotikal anthak kalukukku naeraakavum, athin vaerkal athin geelaakavum irunthana; ivvithamaay athu thiraatchachchetiyaaki, kilaikalai veesi, koppukalaivittathu. And it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.

7 Antiyum periya settaைkalaiyum thiralaana irakukalaiyum utaiya vaeraே periya kaluku irunthathu; itho, athu than nadavaakiya paaththikalilirunthu atharkuth thannnneer paaychchumpati intha thiraatchachcheti atharku naeraakath than vaerkalai vittu, atharku naeraakath than kotikalai veesinathu. There was also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.

8 Koppukalai vidukiratharkum, kaniyaith tharukiratharkum, makimaiyaana thiraatchachchetiyaakiratharkum, ithu mikuntha thannnneerkalin oramaakiya nalla nilaththil nadappattirunthathu. It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine.

9 Ithu selikkumaa? Ithu pattuppokaththakkathaay oruvan ithin vaerkalaip pidungaamalum, ithin kaniyai vettamalum iruppaano? Thulirththa ellaa ilaikalodum ithu pattuppokum; ithai vaerotae pidungumpati oruvan palaththa puyaththodum thirannda janaththodum varaththaevaiyillai. Say thou, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.

10 Itho, nadappatta ithu selippaayirukkumo? Konndalkaattaு ithinpaeril padumpothu ithu vaati ularnthupokaatho? Ithu nadappatta paaththikalilae vaatippomentu karththaraakiya aanndavar uraikkiraar entu sol entar. Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.

11 Pinpu karththarutaiya vaarththai enakku unndaaki, avar: Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

12 Ippothum ivaikalin thaarpariyam theriyumaa entu nee kalakaveettaraikkaettuch sollavaenntiyathu ennavental, itho, paapilon raajaa erusalaemukku vanthu, athin raajaavaiyum athin pirapukkalaiyum pitiththu, avarkalaith thannidamaakap paapilonukkuk konndupokumpothu, Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;

13 Avan raajavamsaththilae oruvanaith thaththeduththu, avanotae udanpatikkaipannnni, And hath taken of the king's seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land:

14 Raajyam thannai uyarththaamal thaalnthirukkumpatikkum, than udanpatikkaiyai avan kaikkollukirathinaal athu nilainirkumpatikkum, avanaip aannaippiramaanaththukku utpaduththi, thaesaththil palasaalikalaip pitiththathukkonnduponaanae. That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.

15 Ivan avanukku virothamaayk virothamaay kalakanjaெythu, thanakkuk kuthiraikalaiyum anaekam aatkalaiyum anuppavaenndumentu than sthaanaapathikalai ekipthukku anuppinaan; ippatippattavanukku vaaykkumo? Ippatich seykiravan thappiththukkolvaano? Udanpatikkaiyai muriththavan thappiththukkolvaano? 16 Thannai raajaavaaka aerpaduththiya raajaavinutaiya aannaiyai asattaைpannnni, avanutaiya udanpatikkaiyai muriththuppottavan, antha raajaavinutaiya sthaanamaakiya paapilon naduvilae avan anntaiyil irunthu maranamataivaanentu en jeevanaikkonndu sollukiraேn entu karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukiraar. As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.

17 Avan anaekam janangalai naasampannnumpati annaipottu, koththalangalaik kattumpothu, paarvon periyasenaiyodum, thiralaana koottaththodum vanthu ivanukkaaka yuththaththil uthavamaattan. 18 Itho, ivan kaiyatiththuk koduththirunthum udanpatikkai muriththuppottu, aannaiyai asattaைpannnninaan; ippatiyellaam seythavan thappuvathillai. Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these things, he shall not escape.

19 Athinimiththam karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental: avan en aasaiyai asattaைpannnninathaiyum, en udanpatikkaiyai muriththuppottathaiyum, naan avanutaiya thalaiyinmael varappannnuvaen entu en jeevanaikkonndu sollukiraேn. Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.

20 Avan ennutaiya kannnniyil akappadumpatikku naan en valaiyai avanmael veesi, avanaip paapilonukkuk konndupoy, avan enakku virothamaayp pannnnina thurokaththinimiththam angae avanai niyaayam visaarippaen. 21 Avanotaekooda otippokira yaavarum avanutaiya ellaa iraanuvangalum pattayaththaal viluvaarkal; meethiyaanavarkalo sakala thisaikalilum sitharatikkappaduvaarkal; appoluthu karththaraakiya naan ithaich sonnaen entu arinthukolveerkal. 22 Karththaraakiya aanndavar sollukirathu ennavental naan uyarntha kaethuruvin nunikkilaikalil ontai eduththu naduvaen; athin ilangilaiyilulla kolunthukalil ilasaayirukkira ontaik koythu, athai uyaramum unnathamumaana oru parvathaththinmael naattuvaen. Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent:

23 Isravaelin uyaramaana parvathaththilae athai naattuvaen; athu koppukalai vittu, kanithanthu, makimaiyaana kaethuruvaakum; athin geelae sakalavitha patchijaathikalum thangi, athin kilaikalin nilalilae thaaparikkum. In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.

24 Appatiyae karththaraakiya naan uyarntha virutchaththaith thaalththi, thaalnthavirutchaththai uyarththinaen entum, naan pachchaைyaana virutchaththaip pattuppokappannnni, pattuppona virutchaththaith thalaikkappannnninaen entum veliyin virutchangalukku ellaam theriyavarum; karththaraakiya naan ithaich sonnaen; ithai niraivaettinaen entu uraiththaarentu sol entar. And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it.
