பூரீமைக்குறித்து எழுதியிருக்கிற இந்த இரண்டாம் நிருபத்தைத் திடப்படுத்தும்படிக்கு, அபியாயேலின் குமாரத்தியாகிய எஸ்தர் என்னும் ராஜாத்தியும், யூதனாகிய மொர்தெகாயும், பின்னும் மகா உறுதியாய் எழுதினார்கள்.

அந்தக் கட்டளைகள் அகாஸ்வேரு ராஜாவின் பேரால் எழுதப்பட்டு, ராஜாவின் மோதிரத்தினால் முத்திரை போடப்பட்டபின், குதிரைகள்மேலும் வேகமான ஒட்டகங்கள்மேலும், கோவேறு கழுதைகள்மேலும் ஏறிப்போகிற அஞ்சற்காரர் கையில் அனுப்பப்பட்டது.

அந்த அஞ்சற்காரர் ராஜாவின் உத்தரவினால் தீவிரமாய்ப் புறப்பட்டுப்போனார்கள்; அந்தக் கட்டளை சூசான் அரமனையில் பிறந்தது. ராஜாவும் ஆமானும் குடிக்கும்படி உட்கார்ந்தார்கள்; சூசான் நகரம் கலங்கிற்று.
