ராஜாவின் வார்த்தையும் அவனுடைய கட்டளையும் போய்ச்சேர்ந்த எல்லா நாடுகளிலும், எல்லாப் பட்டணங்களிலும், யூதருக்குள்ளே அது மகிழ்ச்சியும், களிப்பும், விருந்துண்டு கொண்டாடும் நல்ல நாளுமாயிருந்தது; யூதருக்குப் பயப்படுகிறபயம் தேசத்து ஜனங்களைப் பிடித்ததினால், அவர்களில் அநேகர் யூதமார்க்கத்தில் அமைந்தார்கள்.
