அந்தந்தப் பட்டணத்திலிருக்கிற யூதர் ஒன்றாய்ச் சேர்ந்து, தங்கள் பிராணனைக் காப்பாற்றவும், தங்களை விரோதிக்கும் சத்துருக்களாகிய ஜனத்தாரும் தேசத்தாருமான எல்லாரையும், அவர்கள் குழந்தைகளையும், ஸ்திரீகளையும் அழித்துக் கொன்று நிர்மூலமாக்கவும், அவர்கள் உடைமைகளைக் கொள்ளையிடவும், ராஜா யூதருக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டாரென்று எழுதியிருந்தது.
