யூதர்களை அழிக்கும்படி சூசானில் பிறந்த கட்டளையின் நகலையும் அவனிடத்தில் கொடுத்து, அதை எஸ்தருக்குக் காண்பித்துத் தெரியப்படுத்தவும், அவள் அகத்தியமாய் ராஜாவினிடத்திற் போய், அவனிடத்தில் தன் ஜனங்களுக்காக விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணவும் மன்றாடவும் வேண்டுமென்று அவளுக்குச் சொல்லச் சொன்னான்.
