וְהַמַּ֗יִם day veh-ha-MA-yeem הָיוּ֙ And ha-YOO הָל֣וֹךְ the ha-LOKE וְחָס֔וֹר waters veh-ha-SORE עַ֖ד ad הַחֹ֣דֶשׁ continually ha-HOH-desh הָֽעֲשִׂירִ֑י decreased ha-uh-see-REE בָּֽעֲשִׂירִי֙ until ba-uh-see-REE בְּאֶחָ֣ד month: beh-eh-HAHD לַחֹ֔דֶשׁ tenth la-HOH-desh נִרְא֖וּ the neer-OO רָאשֵׁ֥י in ra-SHAY הֶֽהָרִֽים׃ the HEH-ha-REEM
