அப்பொழுது ஆரியோகு தானியேலை ராஜாவின் முன்பாகத் தீவிரமாய் அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய்: சிறைப்பட்டுவந்த யூதேயா தேசத்தாரில் ஒரு புருஷனைக் கண்டுபிடித்தேன்; அவன் ராஜாவுக்கு அர்த்தத்தைத் தெரிவிப்பான் என்றான்.

பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் சிறைபிடித்துப்போனவர்களும், சிறையிருப்பிலிருந்து செருபாபேலோடும், யெசுவா, Nehemiah, அசரியா, ராமியா, நகமானி, மொர்தெகாய், பில்சான், மிஸ்பெரேத், பிக்வாயி, நெகூம், பானா என்பவர்களோடுங்கூட வந்து,

மரணத்துக்கு ஒப்பிக்கப்பட்டவர்களையும், கொலையுண்ணப்போகிறவர்களையும் விடுவிக்கக்கூடுமானால் விடுவி.

செய்யும்படி உன் கைக்கு நேரிடுகிறது எதுவோ, அதை உன் பெலத்தோடே செய்; நீ போகிற பாதாளத்திலே செய்கையும் வித்தையும் அறிவும் ஞானமும் இல்லையே.

ஞானிகளை வெட்கப்படுத்தும்படி தேவன் உலகத்தில் பைத்தியமானவைகளைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்; பலமுள்ளவைகளை வெட்கப்படுத்தும்படி தேவன் உலகத்தில் பலவீனமானவைகளைத் தெரிந்துகொண்டார்.
