ஆசாரியனாகிய சாதோக்கு தைலக்கொம்பைக் கூடாரத்திலிருந்து எடுத்துக் கொண்டுபோய், சாலொமோனை அபிஷேகம்பண்ணினான்; அப்பொழுது எக்காளம் ஊதி, ஜனங்களெல்லாரும் ராஜாவாகிய சாலொமோன் வாழ்க என்று வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.

ஆசாரியனான சாதோக் பரிசுத்த கூடாரத்தில் இருந்து எண்ணெயை எடுத்துச் சென்றான். அவனது தலையில் அதனை ஊற்றி அரசனாக அபிஷேகம் செய்தான். எக்காளம் ஊத மற்ற ஜனங்கள், “அரசன் சாலொமோன் நீண்ட காலம் வாழட்டும்!” என்று வாழ்த்தினார்கள்.

அங்கே குரு சாதோக்கு கூடாரத்திலிருந்து எண்ணெய்க் கொம்பை எடுத்து வந்து, சாலமோனை திருப்பொழிவு செய்தார். அப்பொழுது எக்காளம் முழங்க எல்லா மக்களும் “சாலமோன் அரசர் வாழ்க!” என்றனர்.
