וְרִנְּנ֤וּ sing veh-ree-neh-NOO עַל shall al בָּבֶל֙ therein, ba-VEL שָׁמַ֣יִם for sha-MA-yeem וָאָ֔רֶץ Babylon: va-AH-rets וְכֹ֖ל Then veh-HOLE אֲשֶׁ֣ר heaven uh-SHER בָּהֶ֑ם the ba-HEM כִּ֧י earth, kee מִצָּפ֛וֹן the mee-tsa-FONE יָבוֹא and ya-VOH לָ֥הּ all la הַשּׁוֹדְדִ֖ים and ha-shoh-deh-DEEM נְאֻם that neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ for yeh-VA
