பார்வோன் விசாரித்து, இஸ்ரவேலரின் மிருகஜீவன்களில் ஒன்றாகிலும் சாகவில்லை என்று அறிந்தான். பார்வோனுடைய இருதயமோ கடினப்பட்டது; அவன் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடவில்லை.
