הַקְהֵ֣ל Gather hahk-HALE אֶת together, et הָעָ֗ם ha-AM הָֽאֲנָשִׁ֤ים the ha-uh-na-SHEEM וְהַנָּשִׁים֙ people veh-ha-na-SHEEM וְהַטַּ֔ף men, veh-ha-TAHF וְגֵֽרְךָ֖ women, veh-ɡay-reh-HA אֲשֶׁ֣ר and uh-SHER בִּשְׁעָרֶ֑יךָ and beesh-ah-RAY-ha לְמַ֨עַן children, leh-MA-an יִשְׁמְע֜וּ stranger yeesh-meh-OO וּלְמַ֣עַן thy oo-leh-MA-an יִלְמְד֗וּ and yeel-meh-DOO וְיָֽרְאוּ֙ that veh-ya-reh-OO אֶת gates, et יְהוָ֣ה thy yeh-VA אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם within ay-loh-hay-HEM וְשָֽׁמְר֣וּ that veh-sha-meh-ROO לַֽעֲשׂ֔וֹת they la-uh-SOTE אֶת may et כָּל hear, kahl דִּבְרֵ֖י that deev-RAY הַתּוֹרָ֥ה and ha-toh-RA הַזֹּֽאת׃ they ha-ZOTE
