Deuteronomy 12 in Tamil

1 உங்கள் பிதாக்களின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரிக்கக் கொடுக்கிற தேசத்திலே, நீங்கள் பூமியில் உயிரோடிருக்கும் நாளெல்லாம் கைக்கொண்டு நடக்கவேண்டிய கட்டளைகளும் நியாயங்களுமாவன: These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.

2 நீங்கள் துரத்திவிடும் ஜாதிகள் தங்கள் தேவர்களைச் சேவித்த உயர்ந்த மலைகளின்மேலும், மேடுகளின்மேலும், பச்சையான சகல மரங்களின் கீழுமுள்ள இடங்களையெல்லாம் முற்றிலும் அழித்து, Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

3 அவர்கள் பலிபீடங்களை இடித்து, அவர்கள் சிலைகளைத் தகர்த்து, அவர்கள் தோப்புகளை அக்கினியால் சுட்டெரித்து, அவர்கள் தேவர்களின் விக்கிரகங்களை நொறுக்கி, அவைகளின் பேரும் அவ்விடத்தில் இராமல் அழியும்படி செய்யக்கடவீர்கள். And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

4 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு நீங்கள் அப்படிச் செய்யாமல், Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.

5 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய நாமம் விளங்கும்படி, உங்கள் சகல கோத்திரங்களிலும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஸ்தானமாகிய அவருடைய வாசஸ்தலத்தையே நாடி, அங்கே போய், But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

6 அங்கே உங்கள் சர்வாங்க தகனங்களையும், உங்கள் பலிகளையும், தசமபாகங்களையும், உங்கள் கை ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கும் படைப்புகளையும், உங்கள் பொருத்தனைகளையும், உங்கள் உற்சாகபலிகளையும், உங்கள் ஆடுமாடுகளின் தலையீற்றுகளையும் கொண்டுவந்து, And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:

7 அங்கே உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியிலே புசித்து, நீங்கள் கையிட்டுச் செய்ததும், உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உங்களை ஆசீர்வதித்ததுமான யாவுக்காகவும் நீங்களும் உங்கள் குடும்பத்தாரும் சந்தோஷப்படுவீர்களாக. And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.

8 இங்கே இந்நாளில் நாம் அவனவன் தன்தன் பார்வைக்குச் சரியானதையெல்லாம் செய்கிறதுபோல நீங்கள் செய்யாதிருப்பீர்களாக. Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.

9 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கும் இளைப்பாறுதலிலும் சுதந்தரத்திலும் நீங்கள் இன்னும் பிரவேசிக்கவில்லையே. For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.

10 நீங்கள் யோர்தானைக் கடந்துபோய், உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உங்களுக்குச் சுதந்தரிக்கக் கொடுக்கும் தேசத்தில் குடியேறும்போதும், சுற்றிலும் இருக்கிற உங்கள் சத்துருக்களையெல்லாம் அவர் விலக்கி, உங்களை இளைப்பாறப்பண்னுகிறதினால் நீங்கள் சுகமாய் வசித்திருக்கும் போதும், But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;

11 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தமது நாமம் விளங்கும்படி தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஓர் இடம் உண்டாயிருக்கும்; அங்கே நீங்கள் நான் உங்களுக்குக் கட்டளையிட்ட யாவையும் உங்கள் சர்வாங்க தகனங்களையும், உங்கள் பலிகளையும், உங்கள் தசம பாகங்களையும், உங்கள் கை ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கும் படைப்புகளையும், நீங்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு நேர்ந்துகொள்ளும் விசேஷித்த எல்லாப் பொருத்தனைகளையும் கொண்டுவந்து, Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:

12 உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் நீங்களும், உங்கள் குமாரரும், உங்கள் குமாரத்திகளும், உங்கள் வேலைக்காரரும், உங்கள் வேலைக்காரிகளும், உங்களோடு பங்கும் சுதந்தரமும் இல்லாமல் உங்கள் வாசல்களில் இருக்கிற லேவியனும் சந்தோஷப்படுவீர்களாக. And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.

13 கண்ட இடமெல்லாம் நீ உன் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளை இடாதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிரு. Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:

14 உன் கோத்திரங்கள் ஒன்றில் கர்த்தர் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் இடத்தில்மாத்திரம் நீ உன் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளையிட்டு, நான் உனக்குக் கற்பிக்கிற யாவையும் அங்கே செய்வாயாக. But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

15 ஆனாலும் உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்கு அருளும் ஆசீர்வாதத்திற்குத்தக்கதாய், நீ உன் வாசல்களிலெங்கும் உன் இஷ்டப்படியே மிருகஜீவன்களை அடித்துப் புசிக்கலாம்; தீட்டுப்பட்டவனும் தீட்டுப்படாதவனும், அவைகளை, வெளிமானையும் கலைமானையும் புசிக்கிறதுபோல புசிக்கலாம். Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

16 இரத்தத்தைமாத்திரம் புசிக்கவேண்டாம்; அதைத் தண்ணீரைப்போல் தரையிலே ஊற்றிவிடவேண்டும். Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.

17 உன் தானியத்திலும் உன் திராட்சரசத்திலும் உன் எண்ணெயிலும் தசமபாகத்தையும், உன் ஆடுமாடுகளின் தலையீற்றுகளையும், நீ நேர்ந்துகொள்ளும் உன்னுடைய சகல பொருத்தனைகளையும், உன் உற்சாகக் காணிக்கைகளையும், உன் கை ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கும் படைப்புகளையும், நீ உன் வாசல்களில் புசிக்கவேண்டாம். Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:

18 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஸ்தானத்தில் நீயும் உன் குமாரனும், உன் குமாரத்தியும், உன் வேலைக்காரனும், உன் வேலைக்காரியும், உன் வாசல்களில் இருக்கிற லேவியனும், உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் அதைப் புசித்து, நீ கையிட்டுச் செய்யும் எல்லாக்காரியத்திலும் உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய சந்நிதியில் சந்தோஷப்படுவாயாக. But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.

19 நீ உன் தேசத்திலுருக்கும் நாளெல்லாம் லேவியனைக் கைவிடாதபடிக்கும் எச்சரிக்கையாயிரு. Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.

20 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்குச் சொன்னபடி, உன் எல்லையை விஸ்தாரமாக்கும்போது, நீ இறைச்சி புசிக்க ஆசைகொண்டு, இறைச்சி புசிப்பேன் என்பாயானால், நீ உன் இஷ்டப்படி இறைச்சி புசிக்கலாம். When the LORD thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

21 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் தமது நாமம் விளங்கும்படி தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஸ்தானம் உனக்குத் தூரமானால், கர்த்தர் உனக்கு அளித்த உன் ஆடுமாடுகளில் எதையாகிலும் நான் உனக்கு விதித்தபடி நீ அடித்து, உன் இஷ்டப்படி உன் வாசல்களிலே புசிக்கலாம். If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

22 வெளிமானையும் கலைமானையும் புசிக்கிறதுபோல நீ அதைப் புசிக்கலாம்; தீட்டுப்பட்டவனும் தீட்டுப்படாதவனும் அதைப் புசிக்கலாம். Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.

23 இரத்தத்தைமாத்திரம் புசிக்காதபடிக்கு எச்சரிக்கையாயிரு; இரத்தமே உயிர்; மாம்சத்தோடே உயிரையும் புசிக்கவேண்டாம். Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.

24 அதை நீ சாப்பிடாமல் தண்ணீரைப் போல் தரையிலே ஊற்றிவிடவேண்டும். Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.

25 நீ கர்த்தரின் பார்வைக்குச் செம்மையானதைச் செய்வதினால், நீயும் உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் பிள்ளைகளும் நன்றாயிருக்கும்படி நீ அதைச் சாப்பிடலாகாது. Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

26 உனக்குரிய பரிசுத்த வஸ்துக்களையும், உன் பொருத்தனைகளையும் கர்த்தர் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் ஸ்தானத்திற்கு நீ கொண்டுவந்து, Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:

27 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் உன் சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளை மாம்சத்தோடும் இரத்தத்தோடும்கூடப் பலியிடக்கடவாய்; நீ செலுத்தும் மற்றப் பலிகளின் இரத்தமும் உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருடைய பலிபீடத்தின்மேல் ஊற்றப்படக்கடவது; மாம்சத்தையோ நீ புசிக்கலாம். And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.

28 நீ உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தரின் பார்வைக்கு நன்மையும் செம்மையுமானதைச் செய்வதினால், நீயும் உனக்குப் பின்வரும் உன் பிள்ளைகளும் என்றென்றைக்கும் நன்றாயிருக்கும்படிக்கு, நான் உனக்குக் கற்பிக்கிற இந்த எல்லா வார்த்தைகளையும் நீ கவனித்துக் கேள். Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.

29 நீ சுதந்தரிக்கப்போகிற தேசத்தின் ஜாதிகளை உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உனக்கு முன்பாகச் சங்கரிக்கும்போதும், நீ அவர்கள் தேசத்தைச் சுதந்தரித்து அதிலே குடியிருக்கும்போதும், When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;

30 அவர்கள் உனக்கு முன்பாக அழிக்கப்பட்டபின்பு, நீ அவர்களைப் பின்பற்றிச் சிக்கிக்கொள்ளாதபடிக்கும், இந்த ஜாதிகள் தங்கள் தேவர்களைச் சேவித்தபடி நானும் சேவிப்பேன் என்று சொல்லி அவர்களுடைய தேவர்களைக் குறித்துக் கேட்டு விசாரியாதபடிக்கும் எச்சரிக்கையாயிரு. Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

31 உன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு அப்படிச் செய்யாயாக; கர்த்தர் வெறுக்கிற அருவருப்பான யாவையும் அவர்கள் தங்கள் தேவர்களுக்குச் செய்து, தங்கள் குமாரரையும் தங்கள் குமாரத்திகளையும் தங்கள் தேவர்களுக்கு அக்கினியிலே சுட்டெரித்தார்களே. Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

32 நான் உனக்கு விதிக்கிற யாவையும் செய்யும்படி கவனமாயிரு; நீ அதனோடே ஒன்றும் கூட்டவும் வேண்டாம், அதில் ஒன்றும் குறைக்கவும் வேண்டாம். What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.

1 Ungal pithaakkalin thaevanaakiya Karththar ungalukkuch suthantharikkak kodukkira thaesaththilae, neengal poomiyil uyirotirukkum naalellaam kaikkonndu nadakkavaenntiya kattalaikalum niyaayangalumaavana: These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.

2 Neengal thuraththividum jaathikal thangal thaevarkalaich seviththa uyarntha malaikalinmaelum, maedukalinmaelum, pachchaைyaana sakala marangalin geelumulla idangalaiyellaam muttilum aliththu, Ye shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which ye shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:

3 Avarkal palipeedangalai itiththu, avarkal silaikalaith thakarththu, avarkal thoppukalai akkiniyaal sutteriththu, avarkal thaevarkalin vikkirakangalai noraுkki, avaikalin paerum avvidaththil iraamal aliyumpati seyyakkadaveerkal. And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.

4 Ungal thaevanaakiya karththarukku neengal appatich seyyaamal, Ye shall not do so unto the LORD your God.

5 Ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar thammutaiya naamam vilangumpati, ungal sakala koththirangalilum therinthukollum sthaanamaakiya avarutaiya vaasasthalaththaiyae naati, angae poy, But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:

6 Angae ungal sarvaanga thakanangalaiyum, ungal palikalaiyum, thasamapaakangalaiyum, ungal kai aeraெduththup pataikkum pataippukalaiyum, ungal poruththanaikalaiyum, ungal ursaakapalikalaiyum, ungal aadumaadukalin thalaiyeettaுkalaiyum konnduvanthu, And thither ye shall bring your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, and your tithes, and heave offerings of your hand, and your vows, and your freewill offerings, and the firstlings of your herds and of your flocks:

7 Angae ungal thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya sannithiyilae pusiththu, neengal kaiyittuch seythathum, ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar ungalai aaseervathiththathumaana yaavukkaakavum neengalum ungal kudumpaththaarum santhoshappaduveerkalaaka. And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.

8 Ingae innaalil naam avanavan thanthan paarvaikkuch sariyaanathaiyellaam seykirathupola neengal seyyaathiruppeerkalaaka. Ye shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.

9 Ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar ungalukkuk kodukkum ilaippaaraுthalilum suthantharaththilum neengal innum piravaesikkavillaiyae. For ye are not as yet come to the rest and to the inheritance, which the LORD your God giveth you.

10 Neengal yorthaanaik kadanthupoy, ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar ungalukkuch suthantharikkak kodukkum thaesaththil kutiyaeraுmpothum, suttilum irukkira ungal saththurukkalaiyellaam avar vilakki, ungalai ilaippaarappannnukirathinaal neengal sukamaay vasiththirukkum pothum, But when ye go over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;

11 Ungal thaevanaakiya Karththar thamathu naamam vilangumpati therinthukollum or idam unndaayirukkum; angae neengal naan ungalukkuk kattalaiyitta yaavaiyum ungal sarvaanga thakanangalaiyum, ungal palikalaiyum, ungal thasama paakangalaiyum, ungal kai aeraெduththup pataikkum pataippukalaiyum, neengal karththarukku naernthukollum viseshiththa ellaap poruththanaikalaiyum konnduvanthu, Then there shall be a place which the LORD your God shall choose to cause his name to dwell there; thither shall ye bring all that I command you; your burnt offerings, and your sacrifices, your tithes, and the heave offering of your hand, and all your choice vows which ye vow unto the LORD:

12 Ungal thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya sannithiyil neengalum, ungal kumaararum, ungal kumaaraththikalum, ungal vaelaikkaararum, ungal vaelaikkaarikalum, ungalodu pangum suthantharamum illaamal ungal vaasalkalil irukkira laeviyanum santhoshappaduveerkalaaka. And ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God, ye, and your sons, and your daughters, and your menservants, and your maidservants, and the Levite that is within your gates; forasmuch as he hath no part nor inheritance with you.

13 Kannda idamellaam nee un sarvaanga thakanapalikalai idaathapatikku echcharikkaiyaayiru. Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:

14 Un koththirangal ontil Karththar therinthukollum idaththilmaaththiram nee un sarvaanga thakanapalikalaiyittu, naan unakkuk karpikkira yaavaiyum angae seyvaayaaka. But in the place which the LORD shall choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.

15 Aanaalum un thaevanaakiya Karththar unakku arulum aaseervaathaththirkuththakkathaay, nee un vaasalkalilengum un ishdappatiyae mirukajeevankalai atiththup pusikkalaam; theettuppattavanum theettuppadaathavanum, avaikalai, velimaanaiyum kalaimaanaiyum pusikkirathupola pusikkalaam. Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

16 Iraththaththaimaaththiram pusikkavaenndaam; athaith thannnneeraippol tharaiyilae oottividavaenndum. Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.

17 Un thaaniyaththilum un thiraatcharasaththilum un ennnneyilum thasamapaakaththaiyum, un aadumaadukalin thalaiyeettaுkalaiyum, nee naernthukollum unnutaiya sakala poruththanaikalaiyum, un ursaakak kaannikkaikalaiyum, un kai aeraெduththup pataikkum pataippukalaiyum, nee un vaasalkalil pusikkavaenndaam. Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thy oil, or the firstlings of thy herds or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, or heave offering of thine hand:

18 Un thaevanaakiya Karththar therinthukollum sthaanaththil neeyum un kumaaranum, un kumaaraththiyum, un vaelaikkaaranum, un vaelaikkaariyum, un vaasalkalil irukkira laeviyanum, un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya sannithiyil athaip pusiththu, nee kaiyittuch seyyum ellaakkaariyaththilum un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya sannithiyil santhoshappaduvaayaaka. But thou must eat them before the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.

19 Nee un thaesaththilurukkum naalellaam laeviyanaik kaividaathapatikkum echcharikkaiyaayiru. Take heed to thyself that thou forsake not the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.

20 Un thaevanaakiya Karththar unakkuch sonnapati, un ellaiyai visthaaramaakkumpothu, nee iraichchi pusikka aasaikonndu, iraichchi pusippaen enpaayaanaal, nee un ishdappati iraichchi pusikkalaam. When the LORD thy God shall enlarge thy border, as he hath promised thee, and thou shalt say, I will eat flesh, because thy soul longeth to eat flesh; thou mayest eat flesh, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

21 Un thaevanaakiya Karththar thamathu naamam vilangumpati therinthukollum sthaanam unakkuth thooramaanaal, Karththar unakku aliththa un aadumaadukalil ethaiyaakilum naan unakku vithiththapati nee atiththu, un ishdappati un vaasalkalilae pusikkalaam. If the place which the LORD thy God hath chosen to put his name there be too far from thee, then thou shalt kill of thy herd and of thy flock, which the LORD hath given thee, as I have commanded thee, and thou shalt eat in thy gates whatsoever thy soul lusteth after.

22 Velimaanaiyum kalaimaanaiyum pusikkirathupola nee athaip pusikkalaam; theettuppattavanum theettuppadaathavanum athaip pusikkalaam. Even as the roebuck and the hart is eaten, so thou shalt eat them: the unclean and the clean shall eat of them alike.

23 Iraththaththaimaaththiram pusikkaathapatikku echcharikkaiyaayiru; iraththamae uyir; maamsaththotae uyiraiyum pusikkavaenndaam. Only be sure that thou eat not the blood: for the blood is the life; and thou mayest not eat the life with the flesh.

24 Athai nee saappidaamal thannnneeraip pol tharaiyilae oottividavaenndum. Thou shalt not eat it; thou shalt pour it upon the earth as water.

25 Nee karththarin paarvaikkuch semmaiyaanathaich seyvathinaal, neeyum unakkup pinvarum un pillaikalum nantayirukkumpati nee athaich saappidalaakaathu. Thou shalt not eat it; that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

26 Unakkuriya Parisuththa vasthukkalaiyum, un poruththanaikalaiyum Karththar therinthukollum sthaanaththirku nee konnduvanthu, Only thy holy things which thou hast, and thy vows, thou shalt take, and go unto the place which the LORD shall choose:

27 Un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya palipeedaththinmael un sarvaanga thakanapalikalai maamsaththodum iraththaththodumkoodap paliyidakkadavaay; nee seluththum mattap palikalin iraththamum un thaevanaakiya karththarutaiya palipeedaththinmael oottappadakkadavathu; maamsaththaiyo nee pusikkalaam. And thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, the flesh and the blood, upon the altar of the LORD thy God: and the blood of thy sacrifices shall be poured out upon the altar of the LORD thy God, and thou shalt eat the flesh.

28 Nee un thaevanaakiya karththarin paarvaikku nanmaiyum semmaiyumaanathaich seyvathinaal, neeyum unakkup pinvarum un pillaikalum ententaikkum nantayirukkumpatikku, naan unakkuk karpikkira intha ellaa vaarththaikalaiyum nee kavaniththuk kael. Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.

29 Nee suthantharikkappokira thaesaththin jaathikalai un thaevanaakiya Karththar unakku munpaakach sangarikkumpothum, nee avarkal thaesaththaich suthanthariththu athilae kutiyirukkumpothum, When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;

30 Avarkal unakku munpaaka alikkappattapinpu, nee avarkalaip pinpattich sikkikkollaathapatikkum, intha jaathikal thangal thaevarkalaich seviththapati naanum sevippaen entu solli avarkalutaiya thaevarkalaik kuriththuk kaettu visaariyaathapatikkum echcharikkaiyaayiru. Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.

31 Un thaevanaakiya karththarukku appatich seyyaayaaka; Karththar veraுkkira aruvaruppaana yaavaiyum avarkal thangal thaevarkalukkuch seythu, thangal kumaararaiyum thangal kumaaraththikalaiyum thangal thaevarkalukku akkiniyilae sutteriththaarkalae. Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

32 Naan unakku vithikkira yaavaiyum seyyumpati kavanamaayiru; nee athanotae ontum koottavum vaenndaam, athil ontum kuraikkavum vaenndaam. What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
