“তাই প্রভু অশূর-রাজ সম্পর্কে জানিয়েছেন :অশূর-রাজ এ শহরে নিজের দল নিয়ে আসবে না বা এখানে একটা তীরও ছুঁড়তে পারবে না| এ শহর আক্রমণ করে, দেযাল ভেঙে ধূলোর পাহাড়ও বানাতে পারবে না|

অতএব আমার প্রভু, সদাপ্রভু সর্বশক্তিমান বলেন, “সিয়োন নিবাসী আমার লোকরা তোমরা অশূরকে ভয় পেও না| অতীতে যেমন মিশর করেছিল তেমনি ভাবে অশূরও তোমাদের প্রহার করবে| এটা ঠিক যেন অশূর তোমাদের লাঠি দিয়ে প্রহার করছে|
