Proverbs 22
17 আমি যা বলছি তা মন দিয়ে শোন| জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তিরা যা বলে গিয়েছেন আমি তা তোমাকে শিখিয়ে দেব| এই শিক্ষামালাগুলি থেকে শিক্ষা নাও|
18 এগুলি যদি মনে রাখতে পারো তাহলে তোমার মঙ্গল হবে| তুমি যদি এগুলি বলতে পারো তাহলে এটা তোমাকে সাহায্য করবে|
19 আমি তোমাকে এখন এগুলি শেখাব| আমি চাই তুমি প্রভুর প্রতি বিশ্বাস রাখো|
20 আমি তোমার জন্য 30 টি নীতিকথা লিখেছি| এগুলি হল উপদেশ ও নানাবিধ জ্ঞানের কথা|
21 এগুলি তোমাকে সত্য এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় শেখাবে| তাহলে তোমাকে যারা পাঠিয়েছিল তাদের কাছে তুমি সঠিক উত্তর দিতে পারবে|
17 Bow down thine ear, and hear the words of the wise, and apply thine heart unto my knowledge.
18 For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.
19 That thy trust may be in the Lord, I have made known to thee this day, even to thee.
20 Have not I written to thee excellent things in counsels and knowledge,
21 That I might make thee know the certainty of the words of truth; that thou mightest answer the words of truth to them that send unto thee?
