וַיְדַבֵּ֤ר Moses vai-da-BARE מֹשֶׁה֙ spake moh-SHEH אֶל unto el רָאשֵׁ֣י the ra-SHAY הַמַּטּ֔וֹת heads ha-MA-tote לִבְנֵ֥י of leev-NAY יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל the yees-ra-ALE לֵאמֹ֑ר tribes lay-MORE זֶ֣ה concerning zeh הַדָּבָ֔ר the ha-da-VAHR אֲשֶׁ֖ר children uh-SHER צִוָּ֥ה of tsee-WA יְהוָֽה׃ Israel, yeh-VA -
אִישׁ֩ a eesh כִּֽי man kee יִדֹּ֨ר vow yee-DORE נֶ֜דֶר a NEH-der לַֽיהוָ֗ה vow lai-VA אֽוֹ unto oh הִשָּׁ֤בַע the hee-SHA-va שְׁבֻעָה֙ Lord, sheh-voo-AH לֶאְסֹ֤ר or leh-SORE אִסָּר֙ swear ee-SAHR עַל an al נַפְשׁ֔וֹ oath nahf-SHOH לֹ֥א to loh יַחֵ֖ל bind ya-HALE דְּבָר֑וֹ deh-va-ROH כְּכָל his keh-HAHL הַיֹּצֵ֥א soul ha-yoh-TSAY מִפִּ֖יו with mee-PEEOO יַֽעֲשֶֽׂה׃ a YA-uh-SEH -
וְאִשָּׁ֕ה a veh-ee-SHA כִּֽי woman kee תִדֹּ֥ר also tee-DORE נֶ֖דֶר vow NEH-der לַֽיהוָ֑ה a lai-VA וְאָֽסְרָ֥ה vow veh-ah-seh-RA אִסָּ֛ר unto ee-SAHR בְּבֵ֥ית the beh-VATE אָבִ֖יהָ Lord, ah-VEE-ha בִּנְעֻרֶֽיהָ׃ and been-oo-RAY-ha -
וְשָׁמַ֨ע her veh-sha-MA אָבִ֜יהָ father ah-VEE-ha אֶת hear et נִדְרָ֗הּ need-RA וֶֽאֱסָרָהּ֙ her veh-ay-sa-RA אֲשֶׁ֣ר vow, uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֣ה and ah-seh-RA עַל her al נַפְשָׁ֔הּ bond nahf-SHA וְהֶֽחֱרִ֥ישׁ wherewith veh-heh-hay-REESH לָ֖הּ she la אָבִ֑יהָ hath ah-VEE-ha וְקָ֙מוּ֙ bound veh-KA-MOO כָּל kahl נְדָרֶ֔יהָ her neh-da-RAY-ha וְכָל soul, veh-HAHL אִסָּ֛ר and ee-SAHR אֲשֶׁר her uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֥ה father ah-seh-RA עַל shall al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ hold nahf-SHA יָקֽוּם׃ his ya-KOOM -
וְאִם if veh-EEM הֵנִ֨יא her hay-NEE אָבִ֣יהָ father ah-VEE-ha אֹתָהּ֮ disallow oh-TA בְּי֣וֹם her beh-YOME שָׁמְעוֹ֒ in shome-OH כָּל the kahl נְדָרֶ֗יהָ day neh-da-RAY-ha וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛יהָ that veh-ay-sa-RAY-ha אֲשֶׁר he uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֥ה heareth; ah-seh-RA עַל not al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ any nahf-SHA לֹ֣א of loh יָק֑וּם her ya-KOOM וַֽיהוָה֙ vows, vai-VA יִֽסְלַח or YEE-seh-lahk לָ֔הּ of la כִּֽי her kee הֵנִ֥יא bonds hay-NEE אָבִ֖יהָ wherewith ah-VEE-ha אֹתָֽהּ׃ she oh-TA -
וְאִם if veh-EEM הָי֤וֹ she ha-YOH תִֽהְיֶה֙ had tee-heh-YEH לְאִ֔ישׁ at leh-EESH וּנְדָרֶ֖יהָ all oo-neh-da-RAY-ha עָלֶ֑יהָ ah-LAY-ha א֚וֹ an oh מִבְטָ֣א husband, meev-TA שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ when seh-fa-TAY-ha אֲשֶׁ֥ר she uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֖ה vowed, ah-seh-RA עַל al נַפְשָֽׁהּ׃ or nahf-SHA -
וְשָׁמַ֥ע her veh-sha-MA אִישָׁ֛הּ husband ee-SHA בְּי֥וֹם heard beh-YOME שָׁמְע֖וֹ it, shome-OH וְהֶֽחֱרִ֣ישׁ and veh-heh-hay-REESH לָ֑הּ held la וְקָ֣מוּ his veh-KA-moo נְדָרֶ֗יהָ peace neh-da-RAY-ha וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛הָ at veh-ay-sa-REH-ha אֲשֶׁר her uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֥ה in ah-seh-RA עַל the al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ day nahf-SHA יָקֻֽמוּ׃ that ya-koo-MOO -
וְ֠אִם if VEH-eem בְּי֨וֹם her beh-YOME שְׁמֹ֣עַ husband sheh-MOH-ah אִישָׁהּ֮ disallowed ee-SHA יָנִ֣יא her ya-NEE אוֹתָהּ֒ on oh-TA וְהֵפֵ֗ר the veh-hay-FARE אֶת day et נִדְרָהּ֙ that need-RA אֲשֶׁ֣ר he uh-SHER עָלֶ֔יהָ heard ah-LAY-ha וְאֵת֙ it; veh-ATE מִבְטָ֣א then meev-TA שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ he seh-fa-TAY-ha אֲשֶׁ֥ר shall uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֖ה make ah-seh-RA עַל al נַפְשָׁ֑הּ her nahf-SHA וַֽיהוָ֖ה vow vai-VA יִֽסְלַֽח which YEE-seh-LAHK לָֽהּ׃ she la -
וְנֵ֥דֶר every veh-NAY-der אַלְמָנָ֖ה vow al-ma-NA וּגְרוּשָׁ֑ה of oo-ɡeh-roo-SHA כֹּ֛ל a kole אֲשֶׁר widow, uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֥ה and ah-seh-RA עַל of al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ her nahf-SHA יָק֥וּם that ya-KOOM עָלֶֽיהָ׃ is ah-LAY-ha -
וְאִם if veh-EEM בֵּ֥ית she bate אִישָׁ֖הּ vowed ee-SHA נָדָ֑רָה in na-DA-ra אֽוֹ her oh אָסְרָ֥ה husband's ose-RA אִסָּ֛ר house, ee-SAHR עַל or al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ bound nahf-SHA בִּשְׁבֻעָֽה׃ beesh-voo-AH -
וְשָׁמַ֤ע her veh-sha-MA אִישָׁהּ֙ husband ee-SHA וְהֶֽחֱרִ֣שׁ heard veh-heh-hay-REESH לָ֔הּ it, la לֹ֥א and loh הֵנִ֖יא held hay-NEE אֹתָ֑הּ his oh-TA וְקָ֙מוּ֙ peace veh-KA-MOO כָּל at kahl נְדָרֶ֔יהָ her, neh-da-RAY-ha וְכָל and veh-HAHL אִסָּ֛ר disallowed ee-SAHR אֲשֶׁר her uh-SHER אָֽסְרָ֥ה not: ah-seh-RA עַל then al נַפְשָׁ֖הּ all nahf-SHA יָקֽוּם׃ her ya-KOOM -
וְאִם if veh-EEM הָפֵר֩ her ha-FARE יָפֵ֨ר husband ya-FARE אֹתָ֥ם׀ hath oh-TAHM אִישָׁהּ֮ utterly ee-SHA בְּי֣וֹם made beh-YOME שָׁמְעוֹ֒ them shome-OH כָּל void kahl מוֹצָ֨א on moh-TSA שְׂפָתֶ֧יהָ the seh-fa-TAY-ha לִנְדָרֶ֛יהָ day leen-da-RAY-ha וּלְאִסַּ֥ר he oo-leh-ee-SAHR נַפְשָׁ֖הּ heard nahf-SHA לֹ֣א them; loh יָק֑וּם then ya-KOOM אִישָׁ֣הּ whatsoever ee-SHA הֲפֵרָ֔ם proceeded huh-fay-RAHM וַֽיהוָ֖ה out vai-VA יִֽסְלַֽח of YEE-seh-LAHK לָֽהּ׃ her la -
כָּל vow, kahl נֵ֛דֶר and NAY-der וְכָל every veh-HAHL שְׁבֻעַ֥ת binding sheh-voo-AT אִסָּ֖ר oath ee-SAHR לְעַנֹּ֣ת to leh-ah-NOTE נָ֑פֶשׁ afflict NA-fesh אִישָׁ֥הּ the ee-SHA יְקִימֶ֖נּוּ soul, yeh-kee-MEH-noo וְאִישָׁ֥הּ her veh-ee-SHA יְפֵרֶֽנּוּ׃ husband yeh-fay-REH-noo -
וְאִם if veh-EEM הַֽחֲרֵשׁ֩ her ha-huh-RAYSH יַֽחֲרִ֨ישׁ husband ya-huh-REESH לָ֥הּ altogether la אִישָׁהּ֮ hold ee-SHA מִיּ֣וֹם his MEE-yome אֶל peace el יוֹם֒ at yome וְהֵקִים֙ her veh-hay-KEEM אֶת from et כָּל day kahl נְדָרֶ֔יהָ to neh-da-RAY-ha א֥וֹ day; oh אֶת then et כָּל he kahl אֱסָרֶ֖יהָ establisheth ay-sa-RAY-ha אֲשֶׁ֣ר uh-SHER עָלֶ֑יהָ all ah-LAY-ha הֵקִ֣ים her hay-KEEM אֹתָ֔ם vows, oh-TAHM כִּֽי or kee הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ heh-hay-REESH לָ֖הּ all la בְּי֥וֹם her beh-YOME שָׁמְעֽוֹ׃ bonds, shome-OH -
וְאִם if veh-EEM הָפֵ֥ר he ha-FARE יָפֵ֛ר shall ya-FARE אֹתָ֖ם any oh-TAHM אַֽחֲרֵ֣י ways ah-huh-RAY שָׁמְע֑וֹ make shome-OH וְנָשָׂ֖א them veh-na-SA אֶת void et עֲוֹנָֽהּ׃ after uh-oh-NA -
אֵ֣לֶּה are A-leh הַֽחֻקִּ֗ים the ha-hoo-KEEM אֲשֶׁ֨ר statutes, uh-SHER צִוָּ֤ה which tsee-WA יְהוָה֙ the yeh-VA אֶת Lord et מֹשֶׁ֔ה commanded moh-SHEH בֵּ֥ין bane אִ֖ישׁ Moses, eesh לְאִשְׁתּ֑וֹ between leh-eesh-TOH בֵּֽין a bane אָ֣ב man av לְבִתּ֔וֹ and leh-VEE-toh בִּנְעֻרֶ֖יהָ his been-oo-RAY-ha בֵּ֥ית wife, bate אָבִֽיהָ׃ between ah-VEE-ha
