Ezekiel 28
1 প্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে এল; তিনি বললেন,
2 “মনুষ্যসন্তান, সোরের শাসককে বল, ‘প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথাগুলি বলেন:“‘তুমি ভীষণ গর্বিতমনা! বলে থাক, “আমি দেবতা!”‘ আমি সমুদ্রের মাঝে দেবতাদের আসনে বসি|” কিন্তু তুমি ঈশ্বর নও, মানুষ! তুমি কেবল নিজেকে দেবতা ভাব|
3 তুমি নিজেকে দানিয়েলের চেয়েও জ্ঞানী মনে কর! মনে কর সব গুপ্ত বিষয় তুমি বের করতে পার!
4 দর্শন ও জ্ঞান দ্বারা তুমি তোমার ধন উপার্জন করেছ| তোমার ধনভাণ্ডারে সোনা ও রূপো জমা করেছ|
5 তোমার মহা প্রজ্ঞা ও ব্যবসা দ্বারা তুমি ধনসম্পত্তি বাড়িয়েছ| আর এখন ঐসব ধনের জন্য তোমার মন গর্বিত|”
6 “‘তাই প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন: সোর তুমি নিজেকে দেবতার মত মনে করতে|
7 আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ করবার জন্য বিদেশীদের আনব| তারা জাতিগণের মধ্যে বড় ভয়ঙ্কর| তারা খাপ থেকে তরবারি টেনে বের করবে এবং তোমার সুন্দর জিনিসগুলির ওপর, যেগুলি তোমার প্রজ্ঞা থেকে অর্জিত, তার ওপর ব্যবহার করবে| তারা তোমার গৌরবও ধ্বংস করে দেবে|
8 তারা তোমায় টেনে কবরে নামাবে| তুমি সমুদ্রে মারা গেছে এমন নাবিকের মত হবে|
9 সেই ব্যক্তি তোমায় হত্যা করবে| তাও কি তুমি বলবে, “আমি দেবতা?” না! সে তোমাকে তার শক্তির অধীন করবে| তুমি দেখতে পাবে যে তুমি ঈশ্বর নও,- মানুষ!
10 তোমার সঙ্গে বিদেশীদেরমত আচরণ করা হবে এবং তুমি অপরিচিতদের মধ্যে মারা যাবে| এই সমস্ত ঘটনাগুলো ঘটবে কারণ আমি এরকমই আজ্ঞা দিয়েছিলাম!” প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই সব বলেছেন|
11 প্রভুর এই বাক্য আমার কাছে এল| তিনি বললেন,
12 “মনুষ্যসন্তান, সোরের রাজাকে নিয়ে এই শোকের গানটা গাও| তাকে বল, “প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথাগুলি বলেছেন:“‘তুমি এক জন আদর্শবান লোক ছিলে, প্রজ্ঞায পূর্ণ ও সর্বাঙ্গ সুন্দর|
13 তুমি ঈশ্বরের উদ্য়ান এদনে ছিলে| তোমার কাছে সব ধরণের মূল্যবান পাথর- চুনি, পীতমনি, হীরে, বৈদুর্য়্য়মণি গোমেদক সূর্য়কান্ত, নীলকান্ত, হরিম্মণি ও মরকত ছিল| প্রতিটি পাথরই স্বর্নখচিত ছিল| তোমার সৃষ্টির দিনে তুমি ঐ সৌন্দর্য়্য়ে ভূষিত হয়েছিলে|
14 আমি বিশেষ ভাবে তোমার জন্যই একজন করূবকে তোমার একজন অভিভাবক হিসেবে নিযুক্ত করেছিলাম| আমি তোমাকে ঈশ্বরের পবিত্র পর্বতের ওপর স্থাপন করেছিলাম| আগুনের মত চকচকে ঐ মণি মানিক্যের মধ্যে দিয়ে তুমি যাতায়াত করতে|
15 তোমাকে যখন সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম তখন তুমি ধার্মিক ও সত্ ছিলে| কিন্তু তারপর তোমার মধ্যে দুষ্টতা পাওয়া গেল|
16 তুমি ব্যবসা করে বিরাট ধন লাভ করলে| কিন্তু তা তোমাকে হিংস্র করে তুলল এবং তুমি পাপ করলে| তাই আমি তোমাকে একটি অশুচি বস্তুর মত ব্যবহার করলাম| আমি তোমাকে ঈশ্বরের পর্বত হতে ছুঁড়ে ফেললাম| তুমি করূব দূতদের বিশেষ একজন ছিলে| তোমার ডানা আমার সিংহাসন ঢেকে রাখত| কিন্তু আমি তোমাকে আগুনের মত চক্মক্কারী ঐ মণি মানিক্য থেকে জোর করে বের করে দিলাম|
17 তোমার সৌন্দর্য়্য়ই তোমাকে গর্বিত করেছিল| তোমার গৌরবই তোমার প্রজ্ঞা নষ্ট করল তাই আমি তোমাকে মাটিতে আছাড় মারলাম| এখন অন্য রাজারা তোমার দিকে তাকিযে দেখে|
18 অসাধু ব্যবসাযী হিসাবে তুমি বহু অন্যায় কাজ করেছিলে| এই ভাবে পবিত্রস্থানগুলি অশুচি করলে| তাই আমি তোমার মধ্যে থেকেই আগুন বার করলাম| আর তা তোমাকে বালিয়ে দিল ও তুমি পুড়ে ছাই হলে| আর এখন সবাই তোমার লজ্জা দেখতে পাচ্ছে|
19 তোমার যা অবস্থা হল তা দেখে অন্য জাতির লোকরা বিস্মিত| তুমি লক্ষ্য করেছিলে, ভয় পেয়ে গিয়েছিলে এবং শেষ হয়ে গিয়েছিলে|”‘
20 প্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে এল; তিনি বললেন,
21 “মনুষ্যসন্তান, সীদোনের দিকে তাকিযে আমার হয়ে সেই স্থানের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বল|
22 বল, ‘প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথাগুলি বলেন:“‘সীদোন আমি তোমার বিরুদ্ধে! তোমার লোকেরা আমায় সম্মান করতে শিখবে! আমি সীদোনকে শাস্তি দেব| তখন লোকে জানবে যে আমিই প্রভু, আমিই পবিত্র| আর সেই ভাবে আমার সঙ্গে ব্যবহার করবে|
23 আমি সীদোনে রোগ ও মৃত্যু পাঠাব আর শহরের মধ্যে বহু লোক মারা যাবে| খগ শএু সৈন্য শহরের বাইরের বহু লোককেও হত্যা করবে| তখন তারা জানবে যে আমিই প্রভু!”‘
24 “‘ইস্রায়েলের চার ধারের দেশগুলো যারা তাদের ঘৃণা করেছিল, তারা ইস্রায়েলকে আঘাত করতে আর জ্বালাজনক হুল বা কাঁটার মত হবে না| তখন তারা জানবে যে আমিই প্রভু, তাদের সদাপ্রভু|”‘
25 প্রভু আমার সদাপ্রভু এই কথাগুলি বলেন, “আমি ইস্রায়েলের জনগণকে অন্যান্য জাতির মধ্যে ছড়িয়ে দিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু আমিই আবার তাদের পরিবারকে এংত্র করব| তখন ঐ জাতিরা জানবে যে কেবল আমিই পবিত্র এবং আমার সাথে সেই অনাসারে ব্যবহার করবে| আমি আমার দাস যাকোবকে যে দেশ দিয়েছিলাম, ইস্রায়েলের জনগণ তখন সেই দেশে বাস করবে|
26 তারা সেই দেশে নিরাপদেই বাস করবে, ঘরবাড়ী বানাবে ও দ্রাক্ষা গাছ লাগাবে| চার পাশের যে জাতিরা তাদের ঘৃণা করত, আমি তাদের শাস্তি দেব| তখন ইস্রায়েলবাসী নিরাপদে বাস করবে, আর জানবে যে আমিই তাদের প্রভু ও ঈশ্বর|”
1 The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
3 Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:
4 With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures:
5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
6 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.
10 Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.
11 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
20 Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
21 Son of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of thee: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
23 For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
24 And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord God.
25 Thus saith the Lord God; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.
26 And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despise them round about them; and they shall know that I am the Lord their God.

1 त्यस बेला पलिश्तीहरूले इस्राएलमाथि आक्रमण गर्न सेनाहरू भेला गराए। आकीशले दाऊदलाई भने, “तपाईंले त्यो जान्नु पर्छ तपाईं र तपाईंका मानिसहरू इस्राएलको विरूद्ध युद्धमा मसँग जानुपर्छ।”
And it came to pass in those days, that the Philistines gathered their armies together for warfare, to fight with Israel. And Achish said unto David, Know thou assuredly, that thou shalt go out with me to battle, thou and thy men.
2 दाऊदले जवाफ दिए, “निश्चय! तपाईंले देख्नुहुन्छ म के गर्नु सक्छु।” आकीशले भने, “राम्रो, म तपाईंलाई मेरो अंगरक्षक बनाउँछु। सधैं मेरो रक्षा गर्नुहोस्।”
And David said to Achish, Surely thou shalt know what thy servant can do. And Achish said to David, Therefore will I make thee keeper of mine head for ever.
3 शमूएल मरे। शमूएलको मृत्युमा सम्पूर्ण इस्राएलीहरूले दुःख प्रकट गरे। तिनीहरूले शमूएललाई उनकै शहर रामामा गाडे। पहिला शाऊलले भुतप्रेत खेलाउनेहरू र ज्योतिषीहरूलाई इस्राएल छोड्न वाध्य गरेका थिए।
Now Samuel was dead, and all Israel had lamented him, and buried him in Ramah, even in his own city. And Saul had put away those that had familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land.
4 पलिश्तीहरू युद्धको निम्ति तयार थिए। तिनीहरू शूनेममा आएर त्यहीं छाउनी बनाए। शाऊलले पनि सबै इस्राएलीहरूलाई भेला गराएर गिल्बोमा छाउनी हाल्न लगाए।
And the Philistines gathered themselves together, and came and pitched in Shunem: and Saul gathered all Israel together, and they pitched in Gilboa.
5 शाऊल पलिश्ती सेनाहरू देखेर डराए। तिनको मुटु नै काम्यो।
And when Saul saw the host of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart greatly trembled.
6 शाऊलले परमप्रभुमा प्रार्थना गरे तर परमप्रभुले जवाफ दिनुभएन। परमप्रभु परमेश्वरले दर्शनमा पनि केही उत्तर दिनुभएन। परमेश्वरले न त उरीम न ता अगमवक्ताद्वारा नै शाऊललाई जवाफ दिनुभयो।
And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord answered him not, neither by dreams, nor by Urim, nor by prophets.
7 अन्त्यमा शाऊलले आफ्ना अधिकारीहरूलाई भने, “मलाई एउटी तंत्र-मंत्र गर्ने महिला ल्याइदेऊ, म त्यसलाई सोध्छु यो युद्धको फल के हुन्छ।”तिनका अधिकारीहरूले जवाफ दिए, “एन्दोरमा त्यस्ती एउटी स्त्री छे।”
Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor.
8 शाऊलले भेष बद्लाउनको निम्ति भिन्नै लुगा लगाए यसकारण उसलाई नचिनोसू। त्यो रात शाऊल दुइजना मानिस लिएर त्यस स्त्रीलाई भेट्न गए। शाऊलले त्यस स्त्रीलाई भने, “म तिमीलाई भन्नेछु मेरो भविष्य बताउने आत्मा बोलाऊ। म जसको नाउँ दिन्छु त्यसैको आत्मा जगाउनु।”
And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee.
9 तर त्यस स्त्रीले भनी, “तिमी जान्दछौ शाऊलले के गर्यो। सबै झाँक्री र ज्योतिषीहरूलाई उसले इस्राएलबाट धपायो। तिमीले मलाई अप्ठेरोमा पारेर ज्यान लिन चाहान्छौ।”
And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?
10 शाऊलले परमप्रभुको नाउँमा शपथ खाएर त्यसलाई भने, “तिमीले कुनै दण्ड सामना गर्नु पर्ने छैन।”
And Saul sware to her by the Lord, saying, As the Lord liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.
11 स्त्रीले सोधी, “तिमीले कसलाई बोलाउनु लाउँछौ?” शाऊलले भने, “शमूएलको आत्मालाई बोलाऊ।”
Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel.
12 शमूएलको आत्मा तिनको अघि देखा पर्यो। शमूएललाई देखेर त्यो स्त्रीले जोडले चिच्याई। तिनले शाऊललाई भनिन्, “मलाई धोखा दिनुभयो! तपाईं नै शाऊल हुनुहुन्छ।”
And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.
13 राजाले स्त्रीलाई भने, “नडराऊ। तिमीले के देख्यौ?”स्त्रीले भनी, “मैले आत्मा भुइँबाट निस्किएको देखे।”
And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.
14 शाऊलले सोधे, “को जस्तो देखिन्छ?”स्त्रीले जवाफ दिइ, “खास किसिमको लबेदा ओढेको एउटा वृद्ध मानिस जस्तो देखिन्छ।”त्यसपछि शाऊलले थाहा पाए शमूएल नै हो भनेर। शाऊलले भूइँतिर शिर झुकाए उसलाई अभिवादन गरे।
And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
15 शमूएलले शाऊललाई भने, “मलाई किन दुखः दिएको? मलाई किन बोलाएको?”शाऊलले भने, “म संकटमा छु। पलिश्तीहरू म सँग युद्ध गर्न आउँदैछन्, अब परमेश्वर मसित हुनु हुन्न। परमेश्वरले मलाई केही दिनुहुन्न। न त उहाँले कुनै अगमवक्ता न सपनामा केही भन्नु हुन्छ। यसकारण तपाईंलाई बोलाएको छु मलाई भन्नुहोस् म के गरौ?”
And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.
16 शमूएलले भने, “परमप्रभु तिमीसित हुनुहुन्न। उहाँ तिम्रो छिमेकी दाऊदसँग हुनुहुन्छ। यसकारण मलाई किन झन्झट दिएको?
Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the Lord is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?
17 परमप्रभुले के गर्नु हुनेछ त्यो भन्न उहाँले मलाई एकपटक आज्ञा गर्नुभयो। अहिले परमप्रभुले त्यही गर्दै हुनुहुन्छ। परमप्रभुले तिम्रो हातबाट राजधानी खोस्दै हुनुहुन्छ। अनि उहाँले तिम्रो छिमेकीको हातमा सुम्पिदिनुहुनेछ। त्यो छिमेकी चाहिं दाऊद हो।
And the Lord hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the Lord hath rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David:
18 तिमीले परमप्रभुको आज्ञा पालन गरेनौ। तिमीले अमालेकीहरूलाई पूर्ण नष्ट गरेनौ तिनीहरूलाई यो कुरा देखाउन कि तिनीहरूसंग परमेश्वर कति क्रोधित हुनुहुन्थ्यो। यसकारण आज परमप्रभुले तिमीलाई यसो गर्नु हुँदैछ।
Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the Lord, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore hath the Lord done this thing unto thee this day.
19 परमप्रभुले पलिश्तीहरूद्वारा तिमीलाई र इस्राएलका सेनालाई आज हराउनु हुन्छ। अनि भोलि, तिमी र तिम्रा छोरा मसित हुनेछौ।”
Moreover the Lord will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the Lord also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines.
20 शाऊल तत्कालै लडे र भूइँमा पसारिए। शमूएलको कुरा सुनेर शाऊल साह्रै डराए। शाऊल कमजोर भइसकेका थिए कारण हिजो देखि रात-दिन उनले केही खाएकै थिएनन्।
Then Saul fell straightway all along on the earth, and was sore afraid, because of the words of Samuel: and there was no strength in him; for he had eaten no bread all the day, nor all the night.
21 स्त्री शाऊलको छेउमा आईन। शाऊल साह्रै डराएको देखी। तिनले भनी, “हेर्नुहोस् म तपाईंकी सेविका। मैले तपाईंको आज्ञापालन गरें। मैले मेरो ज्यानलाई जोखिममा हाले र तपाईंले भने झैं गरें।
And the woman came unto Saul, and saw that he was sore troubled, and said unto him, Behold, thine handmaid hath obeyed thy voice, and I have put my life in my hand, and have hearkened unto thy words which thou spakest unto me.
22 अब मेरो कुरा सुन्नुहोस्। म तपाईंलाई खाने कुरा दिन्छु। तपाईंले खानैपर्छ। त्यसपछि आफ्नो कार्य गर्न शक्ति पाउनु हुनेछ।”
Now therefore, I pray thee, hearken thou also unto the voice of thine handmaid, and let me set a morsel of bread before thee; and eat, that thou mayest have strength, when thou goest on thy way.
23 तर शाऊलले मानेनन्। तिनले भने, “मलाई खान चाहींदैन।” शाऊलका अधिकारीहरूले पनि स्त्रीसँगै केही खानु भनी अनुरोध गरे। अन्त्यमा शाऊलले तिनीहरूका कुरा माने। भुइँबाट उठेर बिस्तरामा बसे।
But he refused, and said, I will not eat. But his servants, together with the woman, compelled him; and he hearkened unto their voice. So he arose from the earth, and sat upon the bed.
24 त्यस स्त्रीले आफूसँग भएको बलियो बाच्छो मारी। त्यस स्त्रीले अलिकति पिठो मुछी र खमीर बिनाको रोटी पकाई।
And the woman had a fat calf in the house; and she hasted, and killed it, and took flour, and kneaded it, and did bake unleavened bread thereof:
25 र त्यस स्त्रीले भोजन शाऊल र तिनका अधिकारीहरूलाई पस्कि। तिनीहरूले भोजन खाए र त्यही रात तिनीहरू उठेर गए।
And she brought it before Saul, and before his servants; and they did eat. Then they rose up, and went away that night.
