মোয়াব এবং মিদিযনের নেতারা বিলিয়মের সঙ্গে কথা বলতে গেলেন| তার কাজের পারিশ্রমিক হিসেবে তাদের সঙ্গে টাকা নিয়ে গেলেন এবং তাকে বালাকের প্রেরিত বার্তাটি বললেন|
