তারপর আমি আমার দাসীর দেহটাকে টুকরো টুকরো করলাম এবং ইস্রায়েল পরিবারগোষ্ঠীর প্রত্যেককে একটা করে টুকরো পাঠিয়ে দিলাম| যে সমস্ত প্রদেশ আমরা পেয়েছিলাম সেই সব জায়গাতেই আমার দাসীর 12 টি দেহ খণ্ড পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছিলাম| পাঠিয়েছিলাম এই জন্যই, যে দেখাতে চেয়েছিলাম বিন্যামীনদের লোকরা ইস্রায়েলে এরকম কদর্য় কাজ করেছে|

আমরা ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত পরিবারগোষ্ঠী থেকে প্রতি 100 জনের মধ্যে 10 জন করে লোক বেছে নেব| এইভাবে প্রতি 1,000 জনে 100 জন আর 10,000 জনে 1,000 জন লোক বেছে নেব| এই বাছাই করা লোকরা সৈন্যদের যা যা দরকার সব পাবে| তারপরে তারা বিন্যামীন এলাকার গিবিয়া শহরে পৌঁছাবে| সেখানে যারা ইস্রায়েলীয়দের মধ্যে জঘন্য কাজ করেছিল ওরা তাদের শাস্তি দেবে|”

তামর অম্নোনকে বলল, “না ভাই! আমাকে এই সব করতে বাধ্য করো না| এই ধরণের লজ্জাজনক কাজ করো না| এই ধরণের ভয়াবহ কাজ ইস্রায়েলে হওয়া উচিত্ নয়|
