দ্রুত রাজার সমস্ত সচিবকে ডেকে পাঠানো হল| তৃতীয় মাসে অর্থাত্ সীবন মাসের 23 দিনে একাজ করা হল| এই সমস্ত সচিবরা তখন ইহুদীদের জন্য দেওয়া মর্দখয়ের নির্দেশগুলো লিখে নিল| সেই নির্দেশ ভারতবর্ষ থেকে কূশ দেশ পর্য়ন্ত বিস্তৃত 127 টি প্রদেশের প্রশাসক ও নেতা সকলকে পাঠানো হল| প্রত্যেকটি প্রাদেশিক ভাষায় ও সর্বজনবোধ্য ভাষায় নির্দেশগুলি লেখা হয়েছিল যাতে সবাই সহজে বুঝতে পারে| ইহুদীদের জন্য এই নির্দেশ তাদের নিজেদের ভাষায়, নিজস্ব বর্ণমালায লেখা হয়েছিল|
1 Peter 1:2
বহুপূর্বেই পিতা ঈশ্বর তাঁর পরিকল্পনা অনুসারে তোমাদের মনোনীত করেছেন, যাতে তোমরা তাঁর পবিত্র লোকসমষ্টি হও৷ পবিত্র আত্মা তোমাদের পবিত্র করেছেন, ঈশ্বর চেয়েছিলেন, য়ে তোমরা তাঁর বাধ্য হবে ও প্রভু যীশু খ্রীষ্টের রক্তে শুচি হবে৷ ঈশ্বরের অনুগ্রহ ও শান্তি য়েন তোমাদের ওপর প্রচুর পরিমানে বর্ষিত হয়৷

অনুগ্রহ ও শান্তি প্রচুর পরিমাণে তোমাদের প্রতি বর্ষিত হোক্৷ তোমরা ঈশ্বর ও আমাদের প্রভু যীশুকে গভীরভাবে জানো বলে এই অনুগ্রহ ও শান্তি ভোগ করবে৷
