new?	חָדָ֣שׁ	ḥādoš	ha-DOHSH
it	ה֑וּא	hûʾ	hoo
already	כְּבָר֙	kĕbār	keh-VAHR
hath been	הָיָ֣ה	hāyâ	ha-YA
