তাই পৌল, বার্ণবা, যিহূদা ও সীল জেরুশালেম থেকে রওনা হয়ে আন্তিয়খিয়ায় এলেন৷ তাঁরা লোকদের সমবেত করে সেই চিঠিটি দিলেন৷
