তারপর তিনি প্রভুর মন্দিরে গেলেন| যিহূদা ও জেরুশালেমের সমস্ত লোক ও যাজকগণ, ভাব্বাদীগণ, সাধারণ মানুষ থেকে শুরু করে মহান ব্যক্তিও তাঁর সঙ্গে মন্দিরে গেল| তারপর তিনি প্রভুর মন্দিরে খুঁজে পাওয়া বিধিপুস্তকটি সবাইকে উচ্চস্বরে পড়ে শোনালেন|

সিন্দুকের মধ্যে কেবল দুটি পবিত্র প্রস্তর ফলক রাখা ছিল| প্রস্তর ফলক দুটোই মোশি, হোরেব বলে একটা জায়গায় এই সিন্দুকের মধ্যে ভরে রেখেছিলেন| মিশর থেকে বেরিয়ে আসার পর ইস্রায়েলের বাসিন্দারা ঈশ্বরের সঙ্গে একটি চুক্তির ফলস্বরূপ হোরেব নামে জায়গাটিতে থাকতে বাধ্য হয়েছিল|

ঠিক হল যে ব্যক্তি প্রভু ঈশ্বরের সেবা করতে প্রতিবাদ করবে তা সে য়তো গণ্যমান্য হোক বা সাধারণ কেউ হোক তাকে মৃত্যুদণ্ড দেওয়া হবে| এমনকি মহিলা হলেও তাকে মার্জনা করা হবে না|

এঁরা সকলে মিলে যিহূদার সমস্ত শহর পর্য়টন করতে করতে প্রভুর বিধিপুস্তক অনুযায়ীলোকেদের শিক্ষাদান করেছিলেন|

নেহেমিয়া 8:1
শেষ পর্য়ন্ত বছরের সপ্তম মাসে ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত বাসিন্দা এক জায়গায় জড়ো হল| এরা সকলে একই উদ্দেশ্য নিয়ে একত্রে এসেছিল য়েন জলদ্বারের সামনে খোলা চত্বরে তারা ছিল একটি মানুষ| এরা সকলে মিলে শিক্ষক ইষ্রাকে মোশির বিধিপুস্তকটি আনতে অনুরোধ করল| উল্লেখ্য প্রভু ইস্রায়েলের বাসিন্দাদের জন্য য়ে বিধিনির্দেশগুলি দেন তা এই গ্রন্থে লিপিবদ্ধ ছিল|

আদিপুস্তক 19:11
তারপর তাঁরা বাইরের মারমুখো জনতার জন্যে কিছু একটা করলেন| ফলে যুবক, বৃদ্ধ, সব বদমাশ লোকেরা অন্ধ হয়ে গেল| এর ফলে যারা বাড়ির ভেতর জোর করে ঢোকার চেষ্টা করছিল তারা ভেতরে ঢোকার দরজাই খুঁজে পেল না|

নেহেমিয়া 13:1
সেদিন সবাই যাতে শুনতে পায়, সে ভাবে মোশির বিধি পুস্তকটি উচ্চস্বরে পাঠ করা হয়েছিল| প্রত্যেকে জানতে পারল য়ে, পুস্তকে অম্মোনীয় ও মোয়াবীয় ব্যক্তিদের ঈশ্বরের লোকদের মণ্ডলীতে য়োগ দেবার অনুমতি ছিল না|

এস্থার 1:5
এই 180 দিন শেষ হবার পর তিনি তাঁর প্রাসাদের ভেতরের বাগানে সাতদিন ব্যাপী আরো একটি ভোজসভার আয়োজন করেছিলেন| রাজধানী শূশনের সব চেযে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ব্যক্তি থেকে শুরু করে সাধারণ লোক সকলকেই সেই ভোজসভায় আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয়|

যোব 3:19
কবরে সব রকমের লোকই রযেছে- গুরুত্বপূর্ণ লোক এবং যারা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নয় তারাও রযেছে| এমনকি এক জন দাসও তার প্রভুর কবল থেকে মুক্ত|

সামসঙ্গীত 115:13
প্রভু তাঁর সমস্ত অনুগামীদের আশীর্বাদ করবেন| দীন থেকে মহত্তম পর্য়ন্ত সকলকেই সমানভাবে আশীর্বাদ করবেন|

पশিষ্যচরিত 26:22
কিন্তু আজ পর্যন্ত আমি ঈশ্বরের সাহায্য পেয়েছি৷ তাই এখানে ছোট ও বড় সকলের সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি৷ মোশি ও ভাববাদীরা যা ঘটবে বলে গেছেন, সেটা ছাড়া আমি আর অন্য কোন কথা বলছি না৷

নেহেমিয়া 9:3
তারা সেখানে তিন ঘন্টা দাঁড়িয়ে প্রভু, তাদের ঈশ্বরের বিধিপুস্তক পাঠ করল| তারপর আরো তিন ঘন্টা প্রভু তাদের ঈশ্বরকে প্রার্থনা করবার জন্য এবং পাপ স্বীকার করবার জন্য মাথা নীচু করে রইল|

দ্বিতীয় বিবরণ 31:26
“ব্যবস্থাপুস্তক বই নিয়ে প্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বরের চুক্তির সিন্দুকের পাশে রাখ| তাহলে তা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে সাক্ষী হবে|

সামুয়েল ১ 5:9
কিন্তু তারা ঈশ্বরের পবিত্র সিন্দুক গাতে নিয়ে যাবার পর প্রভু সেখানকার শহরের লোকদের শাস্তি দিলেন| তারা বেশ ভয় পেয়ে গেল| তারা বিপদে পড়ল| বালক বৃদ্ধ সকলের গায়েই টিউমার বা অর্বুদ দেখা গেল|
