அந்நாளிலே ஜீவத்தண்ணீர்கள் எருசலேமிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு, பாதி கிழக்குச் சமுத்திரத்துக்கும், பாதி மேற்குச் சமுத்திரத்துக்கும் போய், மாரிகாலத்துக்கும் கோடைகாலத்துக்கும் இருக்கும்.

அந்நேரத்தில், எருசலேமிலிருந்து தொடர்ந்து தண்ணீர் பாயும். அந்த தண்ணீரோடை இரண்டாகப் பிரிந்து ஒன்று கிழக்காகவும், இன்னொன்று மேற்கே மத்தியதரைக் கடலுக்கும் பாயும். இது ஆண்டு முழுவதும் கோடைக் காலத்திலும், மழைகாலத்திலும் பாய்ந்துகொண்டிருக்கும்
