கடலரசர் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் சிங்காசனங்களைவிட்டு இறங்கி; தங்கள் சால்வைகளைக் கழற்றி, தங்கள் சித்திரத்தையாலடைகளை உரிந்துபோடுவார்கள்; நடுக்கமே அவர்கள் உடையாகும்; தரையிலே உட்கார்ந்து, நிமிஷந்தோறும் தத்தளித்து, உன்னிமித்தம் பிரமிப்பார்கள்.

பிறகு அந்நாடுகளில் உள்ள தலைவர்கள் தம் சிங்காசனத்தை விட்டு இறங்கி தம் துக்கத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துவார்கள். அவர்கள் தம் சிறப்பிற்குரிய ஆடைகளை அகற்றிவிடுவார்கள். அவர்கள் தம் அழகான ஆடைகளை அகற்றுவார்கள். பிறகு அவர்கள் தம் நடுக்கமாகிய ஆடையை (பயம்) அணிந்துகொள்வார்கள். அவர்கள் தரையில் அமர்ந்து அச்சத்தால் நடுங்குவார்கள். நீ இவ்வளவு விரைவாக அழிக்கப்பட்டதை எண்ணி அவர்கள் பிரமிப்பார்கள்.
