அப்படியே கேருபீன்களின் மத்தியிலே வாசமாயிருக்கிற சேனைகளின் கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியை எடுத்துவர, ஜனங்கள் சீலோவுக்குச் சொல்லியனுப்பினார்கள்; அங்கே ஏலியின் இரண்டு குமாரராகிய ஓப்னியும் பினெகாசும் தேவனுடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியண்டையில் இருந்தார்கள்.

அப்படியே கேருபீன்களின் மத்தியில் இருக்கிற சேனைகளின் கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப்பெட்டியை எடுத்துவர, மக்கள் சீலோவுக்குச் சொல்லியனுப்பினார்கள்; அங்கே ஏலியின் இரண்டு மகன்களான ஓப்னியும் பினெகாசும் தேவனுடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியின் அருகில் இருந்தார்கள்.

எனவே ஜனங்கள் சீலோவிற்குச் சிலரை அனுப்பினார்கள். அவர்கள் சர்வ வல்லமையுள்ள கர்த்தருடைய உடன்படிக்கைப் பெட்டியைக் கொண்டு வந்தனர். அப்பெட்டியின் மேல் கேருபீன்கள் இருந்தார்கள். அவை கர்த்தர் உட்காரும் சிங்காசனம் போல இருந்தது. ஏலியின் இரண்டு மகன்களான ஓப்னியும் பினெகாசும் அப்பெட்டியோடு வந்தனர்.

So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth between the cherubim: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.
