ராஜா யோய்தாவின் குமாரனாகிய பெனாயாவுக்குக் கட்டளைகொடுத்தான்; அவன் வெளியே போய், அவன்மேல் விழுந்து அவனைக் கொன்றுபோட்டான். ராஜ்யபாரம் சாலொமோனின் கையிலே ஸ்திரப்பட்டது.

அப்படியே நான் நதிக்கு மறுபுறத்திலிருக்கிற ஆளுநர்களிடத்திற்கு வந்து, ராஜாவின் கடிதங்களை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தேன்; ராஜா என்னோடு இராணுவ அதிகாரிகளையும், குதிரைவீரர்களையும் அனுப்பியிருந்தார்.
